I am so glad you have an update on your skin. I just watched an old video of yours. I recently started using a vitamin c with retinoid and it had my skin purging right now so I feel like m learning how to care for my skin again. Prior to that it cleared up a lot. I cut sugars and coffee from my diet and increased my water intake. Got it helped big time. My current mission is to fix and even out this texture and rid of these dark spots hence the vitamin c serum. I’ve been thinking of dermarolling as of lately tho.

Mines came back too 😡. I was following your skincare routine and fell off a bit then 💥. I got to go back on taking 5-8 pantothenic acid pills a day. Ohh chile things gonna better. Hang in there 💪🏾 👸🏾.

Oh my lord chile, I know all about that life. My skin began to clear up on its own once I simplified my routine. Skin care products contain bland ingredients with little to NO actives now. In other words, salicylic acid is used once a wk instead of daily. I also started the curology program as I wanted to boost my regimen with more rx grade care. More water, less dairy and sugar.
I use it daily but I was thinking of cutting it down to once a day for me and seeing how it goes. Simplifying my routine has helped. I actually use a timer to ensure I’m giving myself enough time to wash and allow products to penetrate.
Hello, try using white wash cloths only for your face. The colored wash cloths have dye in them which may cause breakouts too.
It’s funny you mention this because I started doing this a year or so ago. I use a new face towel everyday. I believe it has helped me big time.

Please look up Vanita Rattan she is a doctor based here in England has clinics for just skin of colour. It's opened my eyes completely I'm mixed race and suffer with dark spots etc...😊😊

I have tried just about Everything and the only thing that has worked for me is Neutrogena stubborn AM and PM formula. Food allergies plus menopause has made my breakouts 10x worse but the Neutogena has my skin feeling and looking much better. Thanks for sharing 😊
I've used everything under the SUN {Fenty, Urban Skin RX, Cota skin} and they've all broke me out to the point where I want to hide. I really feel that having these mask on 24/8 has caused the majority of the breakouts on my face bc before Covid my skin was glowing and very healthy. Now it's saying sis please. I'm scared to use anything I'm currently using Vanicream from my local Walgreens. *Fingers crossed
Fenugreek!! Look up fenugreek oil and fenugreek seeds.. you’ll be smelling like a pancake house after a couple days
