Hard agree. Ngl, the editors of this show put together a FIRE soundtrack with all the music they used. There are entire forum posts dedicated to identifying all the music used in the show's original broadcasts, and they pulled on so much really good stuff for it. Even one of my favourite bands currently, HEALTH, make an appearance during the East Coast Special (Jeremy barely controlling the SLS on the track in Virginia... him sliding an SLS to that song is also all I needed.) I discovered Justice through Top Gear too, from the SL Black review. If you are into music at all, I recommend looking into the audio they used. They utilised music on the show masterfully, all things considered.
That Pendine Sands video with the Porsche BMW and Jaguar is and always will be legendary. 3 sports cars, sand, mud, 3 middle aged blokes, cocking about.
The music choices on this show were always wild. I honestly did not expect to hear My Bloody Valentine, but to be fair I think James would be the best fit for it. Then First it Giveth by QOTSA played on a later series.
Imagine how many times the homies who know 'em in real life laughed their asses off watching the TV program and hearing the shouts that May, Hammond and Clarkson yelled each other
