They made Aurelion Sol into Sion now. Just int into your opponent and kill them on repeat to acquire Star Dust and slowly snowball out of control.
tbh, you don't even have to die. At on point you can straight up stat-check enemies, if you bait out cc first
He can just poke them he donest need to go into tower every single time

Once you’re done flying there a little pause or reactivation time for the Q
yeah its designed to reset Q both at start and end of W
This pause in Q after W is actually cast time for Q
Landing after flying has always momentarily paused and then resumed his flame thrower, it's just more noticeable before you get it maxed out. I think it pauses the remaining duration, gives unlimited while flying, and then when you land resumes from whatever time you have left.

I dont really play league anymore, I just watch Zwag videos and by what he has posted over the last few weeks or so it seems that absolutely every champ is broken lol. I think in the end every champ is broken to him because hes just that good
No he just plays against scrubs in low elo
He plays against silver elo. EVERYTHING is broken against silver players

At a certain point you had 464 stacks and 464 AP. So satisfying!

the stopping Q always breakes without cooldown, after W ends or when u start E, while holding Q
I was today years old when I found out that madara voice actor is the the same for sol
12:15 nope, but he will roam more. And if your enemy laner roams you go after him not stay farm. Thats the diffrence what will it make. They will have to nerf him because niw you can have way too many stacks in a single game ( E executes for 100% at about 1600 stardust)
I just played an A Sol game and the other team had an AP Rammus with stormsurge. Talk about a nightmare.
Zwag, my dear boy, you get unlimited Q time while flying, then when the W stops the Q resets to begin with the regular cooldown of the Q
i don't understand, pre-"rework" you always maxed Q as well and W or E 2nd depending on the situation, so I don't see this as a re-work rather a Quality Of Life update

Don't even play this champ but I had a dream I was aurelion sol last night in a game of league.. all first person.. And the people on my team discovered they could ride on my back while I did the W Q laser beam combo.. So basically I dreamed I was an even more broken version of aurelion.. And now I have an urge to play him.

5:22 i think its kind of a bug, it happens to me too, i think it is because the landing animation sometimes cuts off the laser one, i think
I believe his laser is a different cast while in flight form, so when u land it returns back to the normal cast

that w-q interaction has been a thing for a while, I think it's intended, or at least riot decided not to get rid of it.
also, swain e doesn't cancel q twice, the root can cancel flight, but only the pull cancels the q
Hey Zwag, I'd love to see an A-Sol tank build with some CDR mixed into it. Not because it's good, but because stack farm for big ult drops is fun! :D

Glad they made the change since super ult barely ever does anything to me besides the big circle stun. It's just annoying when I'm backing and get hit with it but takes too long to charge usually.

His ult especially his upgrade looks a bit weak imo his q seems stronger than ult which feels kinda weird imo

I played Leona support with a Sol APC last season. It was amazing. All the dmg sol can dish out with the lockdown Leona provides is amazing. Imagen doing that with the rework...
Asol Q has been bugged since inception but in your case its cause you were not level 9 its super wonky pre level 9 because its not infinite cast time.
Now imagine AS going full tank mode and scaling those stacks for the damage, never die and eventually, always kill
Sol likes to build hp. With infinite scaling damage, he loves the hp so he can keep fighting. Quite literally why Rylais, Seraphs, and Rift are core items on him. They just allow him to stay alive and keep people in the fight.
The reset of the Q beam at the end of your flight is nothing new, that's also been a really annoying thing before the soft rework he just got. Imo still something that should be changed
Imagine bruiser-ish ASol:
Rod of Ages -> Rylais -> Riftmaker -> any
For tank stuff, you'd probably do Spirit into something with armor - maybe even thornmail to assure that you heal more than the enemy.
For mage stuff, you could do Shadowflame or Rabadon, but probably Zhonyas
I believe rift maker would make sense now, since he can get stacks quicker. And that would boost his combat

This video is just a dragon that keeps flying into towers, just like an airplane
tank aurelion sol seems like a valid option into a tanky opposing team, just get like 30 stacks off a single fight until they cant possibly win anymore

1 year ago, but this isnt a rework, they just reward you for a different playstyle, buttons still do the same
@@JeronimoStilton14 I like that they emphasize trading instead of farming, e is a nice farming tool that feels nice to use anyway, while the trading part always felt like „well fk i need to scale more“
But thats just me concluding after seing 3 vids of this change
These Sol changes let him atack 50% faster at minimum. I dont have the best farm and average 100 to 120 stacks per 10 min as Sol. The buffs would probably allow me to push 160 to 170 per 10 min as a novice.
A Sol main could probably push 600 or even 700 stack by 30 min with thess changes, which is insane.
Your E has a base 5% max hp execute that works on jungle monsters as well. The Q W thing is a bug as well.
Also Malignance would probably go really well with this. If i am right his big ult procs Malignance for each person it hits
Day 4 asking zwag to try Full AP malignance blitzcrank, i discovered that the New item malignance can proc on blitzcrank ult passive and it also has no cooldown you could try to make a dps build with nashors and lethal tempo + mana items
@TC Zwag i find liandrys is pure useless now try using the tanky version instead, it gives haste omni etc where as mask only gives health and the damage buff

Do jarvan but you build the sunderer sky and Voltaic Cyclosword so your first autoattak deals 6% max health and crit and deals 100 more damage (also crit) + your armour reduction from your Q

Here's my theory: Sol gets buffed, but the tradeoff is that Q+W is a lot more buggy than before. Change my mind.
Asking for a tank Cassiopeia (on the Rift or the Abyss). Days asked: 312, days skipped: 7, winrate: 97.806%
Core items: Archangel's, Heartsteel OR Iceborn Gauntlet, Riftmaker (for HP to AP conversion) AND/OR Liandry's
Situational items (pick some): Rod of Ages, Rylai's, Abbysal Mask, Spirit Visage OR Force of Nature, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Jak'Sho, Frozen Heart, Warmog's, pretty much any new tank item
Primary runes: Grasp, Demolish, Conditioning, Overgrowth OR standard Conqueror.
Secondary runes: Manaflow, Gathering Storm OR Presence of mind, Last stand.
Extra facts:
You want Archangel's first, because Cass is so mana hungry.
Gauntlet might work, because with E you'll proc it often.
Heartsteel will easily proc because you're ranged and fast. For the same reason Rylai's will be excellent for kiting, just like bruiser Ashe.
Spirit Visage synergizes with your E healing and shielding granted by Seraph's and Gargoyle. Extra points for building all three!

ASol roaming support would work now that you won't need to farm minions.
I still wouldn't recommend since support item offers too little offensive and defensive stats for Sol to be effective.
If Riot would like to max Q->W->E they need to make more stacks on Q while ASol using his W. Now it is only buff.

W and Q work the same way as if you were trying to move and press Q at the same time. There's a reset because you r movement resets
You can stop your W and keep your Q going by pressing W again while holding down Q

Aurelion Sol is an okay support as of right now. But with this rework, I believe he can be better.

good game but you don't have to die everytime you dive for enemies and justify it by saying you got stacks. you can make calculated plays and still make it out alive with stacks
