Give this man his own Netflix Series. Stunning viewing and editing Shaun.
Thank you so much
This channel is by far the best off-road/overland content out there. The videos are much less about "let's drive over stuff with our tricked out rigs" and more about the journey, friends, challenge, nature, and of course the sick drone shots! Amazing stuff!
Glad you enjoy it!
I second that!
@@TheStoryTillNow have to agree. You and @dirt lifestyle are the top of my list. Great format and phenomenal shots. Commentary is fantastic and music is always on point.
Every single time it just gets better. The music, the shots, the scenery, it’s just……amazing.
Absolutely stunning!!! You have such a gift for videography, and I love your narration. Thank you for bringing us along. Cheers!!!
Doing a radius arm 44 and 9" rear in Mike's old red taco, and looking forward to exploring in the spring.
Awesome!!!!
Another amazing adventure and video! The quality is top notch. The videography, storyline, narration, some of the best content out here! Can't wait for more adventures!
I met Gretchen at the airport event last month. She's a nice person and has a kick-ass Off Grid trailer.
I've left a few pieces of left over lumber on that bridge deck. I always go up with an old plank or two in the box.
I love seeing Jeeps roll around in "Skyrim" :)
Fantastic drone footage and the glacier OMG😎😎⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
WOW ... Shaun just continues to raise the bar ! such a pleasure to watch 👍
Wow another epic video! You keep outdoing yourself! 😂 Stunning cinematography! Love it!
Alpenglow. The high peaks get the sun first, keep it last.
Just wanted to say this is a really good one Sean. I hope you hit 200k. You deserve it. I still can’t understand why there are off-road channels that have millions of subs and all they do is talk and cook up a gravel road and here you are cranking out cinematic masterpieces weekly.
Thanks buddy! Appreciate it.
Did some 4x4 in the coastal region about 30 yrs ago in my 1981 toyota truck north of Pemberton .... Is that where this video was filmed???
Holy cow you go to some truly amazing places..
Another breathtaking journey. I freakin love this channel!
On a side note, did you ever do a video about what happened to Trail Wrecker #1? If not, will you?
Your starting to convince me to move to Canada
From Siberia with love.
Another grate adventurer!
🙂 Love it too from Donna.
Hope you don't mind Shaun but my girl shared your videos to facebook to help with subscribers.
Thanks!
❤Awesome looking caravan 👏👏👏💯😁and sweet👈JEEPS 💯👍
EPIC ADVENTURE with beautiful scenery footage 🫠
Where abouts is this located? Me and my family would love to do this trail.
The cinematic quality of the shots paired with your music choices... what an absolute treat for us. Thanks for sharing your hard-work and frankly, your eye for creativity and talent with us. These episodes are incredible!
Thank you
It's hard for me to understand today's society, they prefer to support those channels with very superficial content, fashions, everyone worried about their appearance, everyone worried about what others say, politics only interested in making more money, the whole world concerned only with the material and unimportant, these channels have millions of followers! and you showing the beauty of our planet, you trying to create awareness for a better world, you showing how beautiful our world is and that we must take care of it... and you don't even have 200,000 followers, channels like yours should have millions and millions of followers!! please don't give up, keep creating content, we need more people like you. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us.
Oh man! Drone footage of mountains with dramatic music playing!! Wow! How original! You should get an academy award or something!!
Just watching your wonderful with my girlfriend and she's hassling me to ask you to put a few more details in regarding the history of the mines, geology etc. As for me...great video as always. Thanks.
So when “Adventure Time” is declared, just go ahead and hit the like button. Adventure Time never fails!!!!
The under-the-glacier shots were other-worldly. This makes me want to cash out everything and come to BC, but then so do all of your BC videos.
Being under it was surreal, all while thinking, I wonder if Kate will sell my jeep for what I"ve told her i have into it if i die under here!! lol
TOTALLY AGREE
hell yeah, wheelin' with a Patreon supporter too!
s/o gretchen, she's a badass!
Such a terrific video. To me, the two items that make Shawn's channel head and shoulders above others in this genre are: 1) the storytelling, and 2) cinematography.
The stories capture the viewer and bring the viewer into the journey.
The cinematography is hands-down, the best I've seen on RUclips. The editing, framing of views, integration of drone, vehicle, and hand-held videos, the music, and narrative are all top-shelf.
The videos inspire me to do more . . . until my girlfriend says: you have a full-time job, "Hell no, I'm not going on that shelf road with you," (it wasn't even a "real" shelf road), your rig isn't set-up like that, and finally - "Honey, you don't have a drone, and if you did, you couldn't fly it and drive without going off the road."
But a boy can dream, right? 🙂
“That’ll pucker your butthole”. Hahaha. Yes, it made the cut!
Does the dude in the TJ have his own channel? He looks like the happiest and most grateful human being in the planet!
Shaun, the way you capture the lighting and epic vastness of the mountains is spectacular ! Truly a gem this one ! 👏👏
And the drone work !!!
Thanks!
My health and lack of funds keeps me close to home. But I live vicariously through y’all. Thanks for sharing your beautiful adventures.
Great video. Mike seems pretty chill for a Canadian Viking 🎃
This channel is already the top channel for this kinda stuff but Shaun keep on raising the bar with every video.
The progress in cinematography and content quality is shooting straight up.
BC govt needs to make you the ambassador of our province. Keep going brother 🙌🏻🥇
Your skill as a drone pilot is 2nd to none!! It gives your videos another point of view to watch which is awesome! Some of the climbs up to the glacier look like you could be at one of the base camps on Everest! :)
Hey Shaun! Awesome scenery, those glaciers, wow! Great friends, Epic adventure! Plz bring back the footage of y'all making breakfast 🥓. 👍
Bravo ! drone captures 10/10, good use of the music, story telling very good, and have fun stay safe .
VERY VERY FKG AWESOME VIDEO THO LIKE A MOVIE.👍🏼
Great video! I live in Alaska and the whole reason why I built my truck up the way it is and so I could do the Knik Glacier run every year and explore these awesome trails go places where no one else goes the trails you have there are amazing.
Another great production, really enjoyed this one! Do you carry gas tester with you? The minimum I bring is an O2 monitor that alarms below 19.5% A must have when an abandoned mine doesn't have natural ventilation. Word of caution when bringing dogs into abandoned mines, keep them on a leash. They will walk right off an edge and down a winze, I know of two fellows who lost their dogs that way. As well they don't know what's safe as far as footing and can step on a board ready to break and tumble to their death. Stay safe, I enjoy your back country BC exploring!
Idk how you make random rocks and trees look so cool, but you do. So awesome!
Think of the men and equipment that made that road in the first place,,,,,,,,now that’s scary!! 😬😬😬. 👍
Epic fuckin shit man! Those sunrise shots u got were some of the most spectacular shit I’ve ever watched! 😎
Amazing video and scenery….! How many miles did you put in off road? Would you ever consider sharing the route you took, do you have gps tracking of it? Gene
Awesome trip.. i love seeing all of the Gladiators! I love my 2020 Rubicon gladiator, but also my 99 TJ! Great content, cant wait until i can get out and get some content.
Amazing vid bud. Definitely one of the best camping/overlanding channels out there.. What clip on headlamp are you using?? I find it annoying wearing a tradition banded headlamp with a hat
You have the equipment, the editing skills and most of all, THE VOICE to produce excellent content. Good on you. Being from the interior of BC, I often wish I knew filming locations but totally understand the reasons for being coy. Regards, GK
Making me want to come to BC😊
So many places like this in the states especially in Colorado from the gold rush. I love how people say we need more "open space" 🤣😅
You definitely need to do a video on the cinematography equipment you use... cameras and such. Your videos are amazing!
Looks easy. My chevy trailboss can conquer 💪 that trail. Lol jk great video 📹
It's an emotional connection on this channel...it never goes unnoticed all the hard work you put into making these videos...carving out time in your life to share with those who come back week after week...it's a beautiful thing...can't say it enough...Thanks...truly enjoy your content in a world full of content...all the best, always! Let's get that 200,000 by end of year! Tomorrow's even better! Cheers!
Couldn't agree more...I cannot help but smile and be in awe of the adventures and scenery...it's a beautiful world we live in and a joy to see it!
you say think you and I wanted to say thank you back. as I sit here editing pictures, I watch your channel and enjoy your adventure as if it was mine. keep up the good work
Epic adventure, inspirational footage and editing, amazing soundtrack.
Thanks for taking us with you on these adventures. For sure this is one of the best if not the best ever!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Ok, serious, can I come next year??!! Amazing trip.
Simply WOW🚀🚀 Quality-Perfect transitions-scenery-content- i enjoy more your videos than Netflix 😂 You make us feel part of the adventure🙌
Shaun, the quality of your video and locations continues to get better. Keep it up! Best adventure/off-road//overlanding/Jeep/camping channel on RUclips.
Epic Soundtrack! Best overland channel so far!
Paint protection film?🤣🤣🤣 All joking aside I love this channel and you'll 200k before you know it
Bro how the hell are you already not passed 100k! Channel is so underrated. Keep it up bro!
We're having an abnormally above seasonal high fall on the East Coast of Canada as well I don't remember a Halloween where I could go chicken treating in a T-shirt it's 20゚ here today also I know you guys have been having a summer drought in BC as well Sean as usual your cinematography brother is through the roof movie production quality every time I watch a video of your Sean I feel like I'm in BC along with you guys on the journey, you definitely should be producing movie somewhere In California
Another amazing video! Brother, you are so blessed to be able to do all these adventures and speaking for all of us that live vicariously through you, I hope you are able to keep it up for a long time to come.
Iam a bit sad because there was no night camping and food preparation, bonfire footage
watch out for monsters
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. To me it just looks like the surface of the moon😄
Often imitated but never duplicated. This dude is a legend.
Best overland video I have seen to date! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching! Appreciate if you subscribe. :)
you guys live the dream with all your opportunities to go offroad and overlanding. I love follow you on this channel. unfortunately here in Switzerland we almost have no chance to go offroad, our country is too small, too packed with people and overregulated. if I visit BC once again I'll call you 😉 Keep going!
I do not understand how you are able to multitask like you do. You operate your jeep on a 4x4 trail, communicate frequently with a group of other people, take b-roll shots, POV shots, timelapse, and still find time to even finish the trail. That's not even taking into account prep time and post production work. Your hard work is paying off. And your drone skills are top notch.
Thank you
What drone do you use? The pilot is a big part of it but those are pretty awesome shots
Pretty cool you guys made landing lights for MountainJeepMike on the first night. The Glacier WAS pretty cool, and how it shaped all the rocks and cliff faces on the drive up.
Thank you Shaun for posting these amazing videos every Monday for those of us who have to deal with the dreaded Monday commute! Motivation to get through the week to do some outdoor adventures on the weekend.
Shaun is the best drone pilot on RUclips!!!
I also went night wheeling to a BC glacier in October. It was so much fun! Got a bit sunburned the next day as well, in October!
6:35 ish..... Earthquakes? or the bumping of cameras in slow motion...Universe Rocked?
Hmmmm....
I kid I kid. Looks like the stars bounce above the mountains...
Outstanding!
Anyways, Love the channel my friend.
This one is another GREAT ONE!
CHEERS,
Zack Daniels ~
Yay Mike! 😊
What a trip! How is there even a road up to that glacier if it's covered in snow most of the time?!! Who built these roads? It would be cool to get a glimpse back in time to see the builders at work and what equipment they used.
Road was actually built so that Olympic skiers could train on the glacier in the 80s
🔥
amazing brother, every day you do better 🔥
Great video, that sunrise from the mountain top was epic! ❤🇺🇸
In Darkness we find Camp
So I drive for a living & when I heard the comment about morning traffic I absolutely lost it but you know I had to rewind it for that great scenery.
Another killer video with amazing cinematography
The music is spot on! Again great content!! Best overland/ off-road channel!
Thank you so much.
What an awesome trip, to an awesome place. I love your channel, its more realistic compared to some. I live in England, we have nothing that would remotely compare to this. You guys are so lucky to have the opportunity to travel to these places, thanks for sharing your experiences.
What number episode is this now? Yeah I'm a old sub. Miss having something with real tires.
I’ve lost track but should be 200 ish
EXAAACTLY! (❤ Mike)
Exactly!! 😂
Yes ..The Drone Shots are amazing....
Wow, what views you get to experience 😎. Would be awesome to take my Jeep out on an adventure like this 👍🏼. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
🙏🙏🙏 This is by far one of the best video. Regards.
Content steeped in quality and inspiration, Thank You Shaun! If our trails ever cross and we ever meet, I definitely owe you a handshake and a beer!
That drone footage at 20:21 felt like skiing it.
This one is very interesting with the glaciers.
I love this channel. I can't wait to retire and be able to go on off road adventures with my wife. Thank you so much for your videos.
Fantastic drone video and music~~~
Absolutely incredible footage. I feel like I’m watching a nature documentary on a major network channel.
That looks awesome, thou you should come try the "4X4" tracks in Australia.
One day!
Unreal views and cinematography. Quickly becoming one of my fav channels - excellent work!! A TON of effort goes into these productions, thank you for that and for taking us with you!
