And I see you said that you use a file, how would a dremel tool work? Would you reccomend using one? This is going to be my very first time porting, and would you reccomend polishing the surfaces so they are smooth
The file is good to use because you have more control of how much you grind off. But the dremel is also good to use. I now use a dremel. Just need to be easy with it because it is much more easier to remove material quicker. And want to chanffer the sharp edges to prevent the piston ring from getting caught or scratch. I normaly smoothen the edges with a 1000 grit sand paper.
@@raulofalltrades5023 I was watching this video ruclips.net/video/6hlcnS89kw4/видео.html It was saying to use a round attatchment to chamfer the sharp edges inside after your are done porting, so would you say to go for the dremel or for my first time stick to a file?
@@nitrogas5719 if you have experience with a dremel use it. Or practice on piece of alluminum like old piece of motor or some sort of alluminum. Thats how i did before touching into the zenoah motor

@@nitrogas5719 don’t touch on your g320rc yet untill you see my video that’s coming on saturday. I will be showing exactly where to cut on the exhaust and intake. If you remove more than it needs you will make the motor weaker or less power and less RPM

@@nitrogas5719 i made my g320rc engine into a G340rc. Now my 32cc is a 34cc with bigger crank from 28mm to 30mm and the new cylinder to fit the extra length from the crankshaft and new piston. Dnt understand why it says ESP race ported if you just did all that grinding lol. You sure it came ported by esp? Im porting my cy29rc tonight its the one w the 15:1 compression head kit
It is ESP race ported but there were some things to improve that they did not worked on and after doing these port matching the losi g320rc is a beast!!!
So I did exactly what he said to do and I've got gasoline and oil dripping out of my exhaust.... It's like the fuel is unburned. Anyone have any suggestions??
are you still running at factory settings? If you are then go ahead and give the needles a 1/8 of a turn to the right and see what happens then, it is normal to see some fuel and oil coming out, some oils like castor oils do not burn easily.
Just what I needed to see my friend 👍🏼 Great job brother! 👍🏽💪🏼💪🏼🤜🏽
Thanks bro. What did you like of my video?
Thanks for the info brotha now I'm subscriber number 145 thanks 😊 I just love knowledge it never goes away 😉
How would you know when you have chamfered the ports enough? I plan to do it with 1000 grit sandpaper, should I just keep going till it feels smooth?
All you want to is to prevent the piston ring getting caught on the sharp edge so chanffering it just a tiny bit is good
