Sir I am going to give my phd interview next month .what are the areas (technical side and theory) that I should prepare for the interview in biotechnology?
These questions are genuine and asked in most of the PhD interviews, however; answers you suggested are more of theoretical nature (will create an impression of parroted answers) than the pragmatic one. I don't mean that it is not feasible but considering the huge number of applicants and limited choices it's really hard to find a perfect match for one's choice. One needs to try to answer questions such as why this university with generalized yet specific approach. Moreover one also needs to prepare for the questions like "what research methodology you are going to use in your research from data collection methods to analysis and conclusion)

I have a quick question, not about this video, but about the research I have to do.
What cell-line (CHO cells or BAEC or THP-1 cell line in Cell-Culture) do you think will turmeric or cloves show its anti-cancer effects? If you have any idea about that?
I would choose THP-1. As this is a cancer cell line, the anti proliferative effects can be analysed by the pigments in turmeric

Sir,am following u from my neet preparation , unfortunately I didn't get rank sir but by seeing ur vedios am getting so much confidence to crack CSIR net Life life sciences exam ,but my question is after qualifying CSIR net many people saying we don't get government job not only in universities but also in government colleges we must need PhD and discouraging me to left the field plz reply for my doubts sir I want ur guidance plz my request
You need to have PhD as well qualify the net to be eligible to become the lecturer in govt colleges
