Iirc Hulk has dealt with ghost like enemies or at least beings that can emulate ghost powers, and is resistant to possession. Not to mention Hulk is far more powerful than Danny Phantom. Hulk is an avatar for the One Above All and low ball a planet buster and high ball cosmic threat. While Danny Phantom is about city level. So no, I don’t believe Danny can beat Hulk.
