I wanted to ask you about some case specific question before I opt for your online consultation.
I wanted to check if you had any prior clients with Merchant Navy experience from outside Canada and then a degree(3yrs) and then a STEM related experience.
I saw some old videos of your to make sense of how that multiple NOC’s exp with CEC .
So kindly let me know so I can book consultation and discuss it with you furthermore.
    Thanks

I believe IRCC should prioritize with extra points the individuals who’s working and living in Canada. Does not make sense inviting people outside Canada who never been in Canada.

Are you saying that people outside Canada do not have the expertise, skill or talent to achieve success in Canada? If yes, the I beg to differ. Today, there are many sectors where the skills have been either harmonized due to globalization or the basic nature of those skills are same. E.g., Majority of the sectors which come under STEM category, require skills and knowledge that is going to be the same throughout the world. The code for printing 'Hello World' in Python programming language is same in Canada, India, UAE or any other country.
Also, many organisations in the 1st world countries now have offshore offices in countries like India and China supporting the headquarters in NY, London or Toronto so their employees from those offshore offices have been exposed to the work culture in these 1st world countries as well as have an idea how the markets/business works in the 1st world countries.
As far as the question of understanding the social norms and behaviour is concerned, I think OTT series like FRIENDS, How I Met Your Mother, The Office, Suits and many other are doing a great job in giving a taste of life in the Western World.
Being in the field of Data Science and Analytics, I work with clients from the US and Canada and not to toot my own horn but I understand them perfectly, I understand the products & the market that I work with and, I can make small talk with my clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Hence in conclusion, I would like to say that it does make a lot of sense in inviting people outside Canada who have never been in Canada because,
      1. They would make a great workforce and boost the Canadian economy.
      2. If the Canadian economy gets a boost then that would translate to the creation of more jobs.
      3. They would gel with the Canadian lifestyle easily.

Canadian immigration system has come to a point where it is a general sentiment among the temporary foreign workers and foreign international students, that it is easier to get a permanent residence while seeking asylum and refuge in the country. Then putting effort, gaining skills and dedicating their time and money to get education in Canada or if you're a worker working hard paying taxes.

Can I go back to rural alberta, work for 2 more months to finish 1 year of total experience and apply through rural renewal stream, or do I have to stay for 1 whole year again?

    • @AskKubeir
      @AskKubeir  Месяц назад +1

If you are a temporary foreign worker: at the time your application is submitted you must have a minimum of 12 months full-time work experience in an eligible occupation within the last 18 months prior to your application. This work experience can be a combination of experience gained in Alberta, in Canada (outside Alberta) or abroad.

The protests in PEI are largely unfounded and misinformed, given the current disruption tactics (hunger strike unto death) being used by the students - Can these international student protesters be deported for engaging in hunger strikes or using political activism to leverage their demands?
Some countries, such as the UK, have issued deportation orders to an international student celebrating the Hamas attacks, and some US states are contemplating legislation to deport protestors on temporary visas.

I guess ircc should create a new category of giving PR for students who scored distinction in whatever degree they did at post graduation, graduation or PhD or Masters level. These students need to be rewarded for the excellence in their studies as it is one of the indications that they would be very good at their jobs and have shown dedication in study to gain the skill and right knowledge for Canadian employment
