Great finds! The female bust is beautiful and timeless. Keep her and return the white bust. The sharp edged black tray can go back too. Loved the tripod bowl, the wooden candle sticks and the pestle & mortar. You have such a good eye 👁

The chain is nice, I like that it’s metal! It’s just supposed to be a sculptural decorative, visual interest piece for coffee tables and shelves/bookcases e.t.c. I’ll take the chain! ✋ 😆

I just love the style of your videos! You don't have a plastered on fake smile in my face reading from a script you wrote out beforehand, you're just chill and yourself. But at the same time your videos are high quality production 👍🏻 I agree with you about most everything in this video except whether it's an RH vibe or not I don't think I'm a fan of the moss balls. That's probably because I'm in my 30s and have already seen the trend come and go, I think in the earlyish 2000s? Like 2008-10 or so? I remember everyone had bowls full of all kinds of decorative balls like that (me included) and I got sick of them LOL.
Me too I love his style and his demeanor. Don’t like the moss balls either.
The chain thing, like the wooden beads in a bowl, is (or was) *very* trendy. However, I think the one you bought looks very nice in your space, frankly.
Choosing a home, car, furniture, and decor is much like choosing a mate. For me, what matters is:
1) Do I love it?
2) Can I see myself enjoying and looking at this for the rest of my life?
3) Does it make me happy?
4) Is it of good quality?
5) Will it last?
6) Is it an expression, reflection, and representation of who I am? ❤

The dried flowers bouquet is amazing.
I hear what you're saying about the black rope thing, but I actually really like how it works well on your coffee table. I like David just the way he is too, and I'm sure he'll look good even if you paint him. The other back statue is also nice, and the wooden candlesticks look super in your bathroom. The orange wood stool, I'd personally return it, unless you paint the wood white or black? Great floral arrangement too. Thanks for your gifted talents in sharing what you do!
That dried flower arrangement is so beautiful. The colors in the flowers go perfectly in your living room. I'm with you and just don't get the whole chain thing. If I was to use it for styling, I would prefer the rusty color. You can put a clear spray coating on anything rusted to keep it from getting on cloth or wood. But I would definitely use a matte finish over gloss. That's just me of course. I love your decor a prefer colors found in nature. Browns, blues, tans, beige, white, black, and greens,omg moss green is so pretty! I have a spot in the woods where I dug up a fluffy green moss and lined a metal try with it for the patio table,( in the shade of course), and keep it alive by watering every few days and spritzing daily. I also found some different types of moss to experiment with. I picked up an old but functioning blender at a thrift shop for $3.00 and put the moss, water, coconut husk finely chopped into it and made a slurry. I then applied it to some clay and cement pots and planters with a chip brush. Within 5 days I saw it was growing! Now I have natural aging on those planters which contain some ferns and kept in the shade. You do need to spray it at least every other day. I do it with a spray bottle the same time I do the tray of moss. I love your channel!!
I visited our home goods for the first time a few weeks ago, and was blown away by the variety of pillows and the budget-friendly prices. Even Walmart can't beat the pillow prices.

I use those vases from the Dollar Tree all the time also. They fit nicely inside larger vases that aren’t water proof.

I always hit the like button one second after it starts playing. What I'm saying is that I don't need to see the whole content to give it a thumbs up. I like the chain. Those are supposed to be on their way out, but to me they're adjustable geometric sculpture. The white vase is great, & the coasters are really cool. That rectangular stool that's sort of orange... I like it anyway, put something bluish near it and you'll get even more color! Which is not your thing, but if there's not too much.

Where I live, T.J. Maxx sells clothing, jewelry, and home goods. Later, the “Home Goods” section became its own store like it is today. Here, T.J. Maxx and Home Goods are still the same store. Sometimes, they’re in the same building on different floors and you can pay for things found in the Home Goods section on the T.J. Maxx floor and vice versa.

Nate Berkus and his partner talk down on dried florals. They say they’re unattractive and only collect dust. I’ve been buying them since the 90s. Back then I only found them at Michael’s and they had a really unique variety in those days. Now, I usually buy them online. Sometimes I find them at Target or the grocery store, but usually only seasonally (autumn). They really don’t collect dust at all. By the time they do, they’ve faded and are ready to be replaced anyway. Depending on the variety, some fade after several months, others last for years. There are SO many different kinds of dried flora and fauna available. Sometimes I mix them, sometimes I put only one kind in a vessel, and sometimes I create arrangements by mixing them with faux plants or berries. They are extremely versatile. I’m not a Nate Berkus fan anyway. 😂

Id return the links and the David bust. While busts are never outdated that one looks too cheap. Definitely limewash if you keep. The other statue is of Nefertiti, Queen of Egypt. Love your vids, your neutral colors, and your commentary. So awesome!

Ross is a hidden gem, I find so many good affordable pieces there. My most recent finds were a giant basket that I put all the decorative pillows and blankets from the bed in when we go to sleep and monstera shaped door mats. Pots for plants are also a really good deal at Ross.
You can diy that chain with dollar trees foam rings. Easy peasy

These 3 are my favorite stores for home decor and there was a phase in my life when I visited all 3 every single week LOL.
I would definitely return the head bust. The chain maybe but it does look cool n expensive. And those stools are a keeper, I would stain the legs black though. In fact I would head out to Marshalls tomorrow to try my luck on those.

That console table... I have an idea. There are round tubes for concrete at home depot or hardware store. The tubes are 8 in and larger. That could be base and put a piece of wood for top. Especially if you want to paint it. Maybe do that for diy
