Your Scenario folder should have a "TIMS_new" folder, then "TIMS_new_m.dll" in that folder. And, you should have "narita_TIMS" folder in your Scenario folder

這就奇怪了，我上星期下載的版本是有VVVF聲音的，但我今天再下載的版本卻沒有，可能是暗中抽掉了。
