All these things he is talking about were initiated by an entity called Infrastructure South Africa and Operation Vulindlela about a few years ago. Ask me I know. Dams like Mkhomazi, Umzimvubu and many other Infrastructure have long been started under these programmes. Next thing you will be claiming credit for the current Wild Coast bridge and road development in Eastern Cape.
