I'm sorry you missed your flight but if you hadn't we would not have seen the beautiful skyline of Las Vegas today of which I am grateful for. I was looking for a video of the skyline I never flew in a helicopter. I used to live in Vegas 30 years ago and thinking of moving towards that area in the future. Sometimes things happen for a good reason. Hope you made it back safely to Canada or Washington, wherever you live. Stay cool!

Hi Marge, yeah, it was a bit of creative editing and glad the pilot was a good sport and even circled the Wynn. This was actually a helicopter tour which I was sure to mention in the description. I must say that the Wynn buffet is large with a plentiful selection. In my experience, it doesn't quite beat out places like the Bacchanal ... still very good though..

Hi Reel Fishing, thanks so much. The helicopter flight was actually a tour that I took from Maverick. It was quite enjoyable and I got a discounted rate of about $80 as they were trying to fill up empty seats on a weekday evening (I booked it through the concierge at the hotel). Give it a try if you get the chance... The airtime is actually quite short, but this includes pickup at your hotel and some nominal snacks and drinks. Despite the short flight time, it was very memorable.
Just some creative editing... it was actually a helicopter tour that was discounted as a last minute passenger on a weekday. Give it a try on your next visit...pretty speculator and quite worth it (I think it was like $80 and they provide champagne and snacks at the airport)
Well that was unexpected and exciting ! The food all looks very nice. I've always understood the pronunciation of those cookies to be maddaLENZ...but I could be wrong too.

It's so weird to watch this video during this pandemic. Buffets will never be the same. I would imagine everyone would get gloves and a mask going through the buffet if they ever open. No licking fingers any more. All those workers out of a job right now. We had it so good just a few weeks ago. So much abundance that we took for granted.
Hi Calmcat, It is very weird indeed as so much has changed in so little time! It's definitely tough for Vegas especially. I was actually quite impresses with how the Wynn is handling things as they are covering the wages of their employees during this shutdown ... at least for 30 days. Quite a class act though it's a much larger problem. These videos were meant as an escape / entertainment showing excess and abundance; a very stark contrast now.... Thanks for reaching out. I suspect things will start up again in the medium future and things will be different...not good nor bad, just different :-). All the best to you!

Stayed at the Wynn some years ago, the most incredible breakfasts, lunches, dinners. Sleeping on their beds/pillows is like floating on clouds/air. Unfortunately Las Vegas was TOO hot for me, dripping sweat even in the shade.
Nice to know. I never got a chance to stay at the Wynn as it's a bit out of the price range, but it sounds great.. I suspect their rates may be lower now...

Thanks Cindy, Bacchanal is still the favorite (as is Aria based on the price/value). I think what does it for me at the Wynn over the wicked spoon were the stations... All very good though so wouldn't be disappointed with any of them...

Hi David, I took a bit of creative license while editing.. I got talked into an evening helicopter tour after Clarise, the concierge, gave some discounts; I suspect she took pity on me being a bit bored by myself and all. I believe it was around $80 for the evening tour and was actually very well worth it. They pick you up to their airport, and give you a few snacks and drinks, before heading out to the helicopter. The ride itself was about 20-30 minutes I believe -- quite spectacular. By the way, I didn't fly to the buffet, just kinda worked that into the video :-) It takes quite a while to film and edit, and I'm so impressed you are able to film and edit so quickly and so well! By the way, I finally got a camera on black friday...biggest mistake ever!

@@DavidSriracha oh, I got a Canon camera...I think it's okay, but my regret is the accessories I'm thinking of getting...lens, gimbals etc. It can cost a fortune. I got the osmo pocket before, and thought that was a relatively low price. However if you factored all the accessories I've got for that thing, it ended up being over $1000 altogether (cad though)

Hi Sunny! That would be a great celebration! I would say the Wynn would be better choice between the two. However, you might also want to try the Bacchanal at Caesars Palace. It's like the Wynn but with more seafood offerings and an even better dessert station (probably the best dessert station in Vegas)
Tim you are the Buffet King of all Buffet kings... Simply amazing!!! I love the crab legs and the seafood.. I plan to. Go vegas one day to try the buffets.. Is there a king crab buffey somewhere? Great buffet to watch
Hi Vic, I can sure use another trip to Vegas :-)... The Aria has king crab (at least they did when I went there) but you have to ask the fellow at the seafood station. They heat it up for you on demand (same with the baked oysters).
You gotta try M hotel - studio B buffet , I have eaten at Caesar, ballegio, Wynn, cosmo, M hotel ( studio B ) is the best buffer in Vegas, you have to try to figure it out ;) And make sure to get the sea food buffet during weekends .

In May, my family and I stayed at the Flamingo Hotel and their buffet really was disappointing, but I’ll definitely try the Wynn’s buffet! Also, do you have any suggestions on any good nightclubs to check out??

Hi Sharon, I certainly don't waste much food except one of the steaks that was cut from the carving station. I asked for a fatty piece but it was all fat...that was too much for me. But yeah, I definitely finish the food as I take only small portions; but a variety of small portions :-)

Tim Lee we had a nice day. My cousin has a T-day breakfast and we all bring different breakfasts foods. Then about 11 everybody splits to go either finish cooking the main meal or going to in-laws. We’ve done it now for about 20 years. This way we get to be together but only have to eat one turkey meal. Instead of everybody trying to do two different families and meals.

Hi Tom, there was a bit of creative editing there.. It was actually a helicopter tour and quite well worth it...might be worth a visit on the next visit. It was discounted quite heavily on a weeknight.

I laughed so much when you implied that you were taking a helicopter ride to the Wynn. Hopefully, none of your followers think that was for real! I hope you enjoyed the night views from the ride. I would like to know as to when the Wynn changed their buffet? As I recall they didn't have the best reviews some time ago.
Hi Marge, yeah, it was a bit of creative editing and glad the pilot was a good sport and even circled the Wynn. This was actually a helicopter tour which I was sure to mention in the description. I must say that the Wynn buffet is large with a plentiful selection. In my experience, it doesn't quite beat out places like the Bacchanal ... still very good though..
Haha I feel dumb now. I just told my BF, guess what we can take a helicopter right to the WYNN Hotel! Lol

Hi Reel Fishing, thanks so much. The helicopter flight was actually a tour that I took from Maverick. It was quite enjoyable and I got a discounted rate of about $80 as they were trying to fill up empty seats on a weekday evening (I booked it through the concierge at the hotel). Give it a try if you get the chance... The airtime is actually quite short, but this includes pickup at your hotel and some nominal snacks and drinks. Despite the short flight time, it was very memorable.

It's so weird to watch this video during this pandemic. Buffets will never be the same. I would imagine everyone would get gloves and a mask going through the buffet if they ever open. No licking fingers any more. All those workers out of a job right now. We had it so good just a few weeks ago. So much abundance that we took for granted.
Hi Calmcat, It is very weird indeed as so much has changed in so little time! It's definitely tough for Vegas especially. I was actually quite impresses with how the Wynn is handling things as they are covering the wages of their employees during this shutdown ... at least for 30 days. Quite a class act though it's a much larger problem. These videos were meant as an escape / entertainment showing excess and abundance; a very stark contrast now.... Thanks for reaching out. I suspect things will start up again in the medium future and things will be different...not good nor bad, just different :-). All the best to you!

Stayed at the Wynn some years ago, the most incredible breakfasts, lunches, dinners. Sleeping on their beds/pillows is like floating on clouds/air. Unfortunately Las Vegas was TOO hot for me, dripping sweat even in the shade.
Nice to know. I never got a chance to stay at the Wynn as it's a bit out of the price range, but it sounds great.. I suspect their rates may be lower now...

Thanks Cindy, Bacchanal is still the favorite (as is Aria based on the price/value). I think what does it for me at the Wynn over the wicked spoon were the stations... All very good though so wouldn't be disappointed with any of them...

Hi David, I took a bit of creative license while editing.. I got talked into an evening helicopter tour after Clarise, the concierge, gave some discounts; I suspect she took pity on me being a bit bored by myself and all. I believe it was around $80 for the evening tour and was actually very well worth it. They pick you up to their airport, and give you a few snacks and drinks, before heading out to the helicopter. The ride itself was about 20-30 minutes I believe -- quite spectacular. By the way, I didn't fly to the buffet, just kinda worked that into the video :-) It takes quite a while to film and edit, and I'm so impressed you are able to film and edit so quickly and so well! By the way, I finally got a camera on black friday...biggest mistake ever!

@@DavidSriracha oh, I got a Canon camera...I think it's okay, but my regret is the accessories I'm thinking of getting...lens, gimbals etc. It can cost a fortune. I got the osmo pocket before, and thought that was a relatively low price. However if you factored all the accessories I've got for that thing, it ended up being over $1000 altogether (cad though)

Hi Sunny! That would be a great celebration! I would say the Wynn would be better choice between the two. However, you might also want to try the Bacchanal at Caesars Palace. It's like the Wynn but with more seafood offerings and an even better dessert station (probably the best dessert station in Vegas)

Hi Vic, I can sure use another trip to Vegas :-)... The Aria has king crab (at least they did when I went there) but you have to ask the fellow at the seafood station. They heat it up for you on demand (same with the baked oysters).
You gotta try M hotel - studio B buffet , I have eaten at Caesar, ballegio, Wynn, cosmo, M hotel ( studio B ) is the best buffer in Vegas, you have to try to figure it out ;) And make sure to get the sea food buffet during weekends .

I loved this video so much so I decided to sub to your channel! I’m new here so I’m binge watching your videos, lol. Vegas is my favorite city and I plan to move there next summer. In May, my family and I stayed at the Flamingo Hotel and their buffet really was disappointing, but I’ll definitely try the Wynn’s buffet! Also, do you have any suggestions on any good nightclubs to check out??

Hi Sharon, I certainly don't waste much food except one of the steaks that was cut from the carving station. I asked for a fatty piece but it was all fat...that was too much for me. But yeah, I definitely finish the food as I take only small portions; but a variety of small portions :-)

Tim Lee we had a nice day. My cousin has a T-day breakfast and we all bring different breakfasts foods. Then about 11 everybody splits to go either finish cooking the main meal or going to in-laws. We’ve done it now for about 20 years. This way we get to be together but only have to eat one turkey meal. Instead of everybody trying to do two different families and meals.
