  • Hey there!
Here's a short video of me whipping up this watercolor. I wanted to share this little part of my day, when I sit to relax and make some watercolors for myself. Can you guess the color? Honestly I couldn't until I swatched it in the end. (No peaking).
Comment below your guess before reaching the end of the video. I hope you have fun! Toodles!
Below is a small playlist I have composed for all the paint making related videos.

I never expected the final result to be that colour! It’s very rich, earthy and blood toned.. dragon’s blood! 😊 I enjoy the content you bring ☺️

But the swatch of the paint ended up looking like a muted version of blood 🤩

I just bought five of your paints; pink potion, trust me, sweet dream, solar eclipse and fireflies. I wanted to get more but had to hold back haha. Been enjoying your videos, your paints look so beautiful and crafted with love 💖

What are you mixing it with? It looks like olive oil, however olive oil does not set. Great video. Very relaxing

It’s a watercolour binder and a few drops of clove oil. Thank you for your kind words 🥹✨

Wow what a beautiful red 😍 I wonder, what and why did you spray on top of the mixture 1:42?

Thank you so much! That’s just distilled water 🙂

@@crafterine thank you ☺️ I’m just asking, because I’m running into some troubles with my watercolor, with a particular pigment from guardi, when I do the test with my finger or especially with a tissue I can see the Color on it and I tried adding more watercolor binding but that barley fixed the problem ☹️☹️☹️ I haven’t had any problems with the metallic colors so far, but this blue (not metalic) is quite challenging, do you know what I could be doing wrong? 🙄

Your binder looks much darker than the other videos, I can't find the video where you may have changed the formula. Please advise. Thanks

It’s the same formula, you can find a couple of videos on my channel regarding watercolor binder. The gum arabic i used for the latest binder is food grade, and it needs a little extra water. Apart from that, the recipe is the same ❤️
