  • This video shows the process of making original Asian-style dumplings, which are also called gyoza and wonton. Thanks to a special approach to the preparation of filling, as well as the use of special dough, they turn out juicy and very tasty. Outdoor cooking.
    The following ingredients are used to prepare this dish:
    - minced turkey
    - Chinese cabbage
    - chilli
    - tomatoes
    - garlic
    - you can add basil
    - olive oil and soy sauce
    - thin dough with rice flour
    Finely chop the ingredients, mix and let the filling infuse for an hour, then mold the dumplings. Cook in a well-heated wok pan with a lid or in a cauldron. First fry in oil for 30s-1min, add water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve with herbs, lemon juice or soy sauce as a sauce.
