      If by using heavy cream instead of the custard mixture they made is what you mean, then the answer is no. If you try filling the cream puff with heavy cream, it will all be soaked up. However, you can replace the milk in the cream with heavy cream.

    I tried this recipe and it turns out so delicious! I like the pastry dough so much. The pastry cream is not too sweet and if you want to make it more sweet, you can add more sugar. I fill the pastry dough with a lot of cream and it flows out when I bite it. So my advice is dont fill the dough with so much pastry cream.

    Dear God🙏♥️💕 in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.
    I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.
    You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.
    Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Amen.

      Yes, you can as long as the temp is the same temp as an oven would be, if not the baking would take longer.

    Is the inside of the cream puff automatically empty or do you have to carve a hole for the pastry cream?

    • @elliannanavarro8290
      @elliannanavarro8290 4 года назад +2

      You have to cut a slit in the cream puff, so that you could pipe the pastry cream in.

    • @unicornsprinkles183
      @unicornsprinkles183 4 года назад +5

      Since the mixture is a Pâte à Choux, it automatically puffs up when it cooks. This means if you cook it correctly, you shouldn't have to carve it out.

      it puffs up and makes a cave inside. thats why it is called cream PUFF. you fill that space with cream. you just have to poke a hole at the bottom and fill it in with cream and stop until the cream overflow

      thanks but you can still make it thick. if its not thick enough then add more cornstarch. maybe add more sugar too if the sweetness is not enough.

      No they're not the same, and you can't substitute the corn starch with corn flour because it won't thicken.
      But if you don't have corn starch you can look up online for other substitutes.
