What a Christmas treat the One Video we all wanted to see!
We've seen you load it for years but never dump. I thought for sure you had to take it to a recycling facility but I was obviously deluded & you deal with it when & where. I did suggest that it would be a good place to dump as they buried your manhole, twice.
What a brutal job for Shakoor, even when he opens both valves the water doesn't flow but releasing the locking pins. O Boy Thats Brutal

But I think the best one is between 255 & 256, Altaf testing out the new face shield, where there is more silt on him than was in the truck.

here's a tip from when I used to clean these trucks.
start the vaccuum. then unscrew those bolts. it will be much easier to unscrew and no sewage will come out the sides.
then tip the truck up and release the vaccuum and open the hydraulic door lift

vaccuum on. unbolt and move the bolts out of the way. tilt. and release the vaccuum. and open hydraulic door 😉
almost the same when you close.
close door. tighten bolts. vaccuum. tighten bolts again. release vaccuum.

Merry Christmas, guys! May I suggest something to keep prevent taking a shower with waste water? Next time when you are opening the waste water tank, close all valves, turn on the vacuum pump, let it be vacuum inside. Then undo bolts, tilt the tank, turn off the vacuum pump, open a draining valve on a water separator or another one , and in a few seconds when the pressure is compensed, the tank will open. The vacuum will hold the door of the tank closed.

If it wasn’t septic manholes and was instead rain water manholes that got backed up with dirt and other contaminants it wouldn’t be a health and safety hazard. Not all pump trucks clean just septic manholes

So sorry, my post was not worded correctly. After you park and are ready to open your rear door, put the vacuum pump on. This will cause the door to close tighter and make loosening your dog ears easier. Do the same when you are closing the door. Close the door, set your dog ears in place and tighten. Put a vacuum on the tank. This will cause it to close and seal easier. Tighten your dog ears. When you turn off the pump the door will have a better seal. I hope this makes it easier to understand. I operated several vacs and hydro vacs for 8 years. This is the way I opened and closed my doors. I never used a hammer and never had a leak.
This is exactly how we usually work, just this time Altaf insisted on doing it this way.

We don’t have a specific place assigned to us for cleaning the truck. We clean the truck anywhere, usually at an empty plot.

There is no legal or illegal issue here. Wherever we find an empty plot, we clean the truck tank there because the company hasn’t assigned us a specific location.
