I'm definitely going to be using ayervedic powders for my hair. I'm trying to grow out my twa so I can really have long hair again after my successful battle with breast cancer.
I've been using ayurvedic herbs for 3 weeks and I must say my hair has gotten thicker and feel strong and healthy. However, Iove your regimen and I will be trying it. Thanks, for sharing your results look amazing
LITERALLY did this like 1 hour ago wish I watched this beforehand 🤷🏽♀️ and I had my hair wet smh it went EVERYWHERE it was so messy. I actually mixed my Amla, Brahmi, and Henna powders with Olive, Coconut, and Almond oil. The shine and softness is CRAZY!! Definitely going to be a new step in my regimen
I really ENJOYED THIS VIDEO. The burning question in my soul was “how do I apply the hair masks” but I didn’t ask because I know that Ms. Kadijah wouldn’t do that. I have one last question. How did you cover your hair with the mask in your hair and not make a mess?
I did this treatment last night. My hair has never ever felt so soft and conditioned! I started getting sleepy and didn't feel like dealing with the henna so I did a Shea Moisture deep conditioning treatment with olive oil for about 10 mins afterwards and my hair felt absolutely amazing! 🥰 Thank you so much!
We have the same hair. Yours is alot longer than mine used to be. Mine was getting Too difficult to take care of with arthritis in both wrists. I had to go ahead and cut it off last June. It's already back down to my neck. It wasn't even a baby's fingernails in length and now it's all the way back down to my neck. I'm happy. It's hard to find a style or hair care routine I like. Ok... I take it back.... Your hair is WAAAAYYYYY better than mine. I love your hair sis.
Heya love! Thanks for your feedback. That's only partly true if a person is using henna and ayurvedic herbs that contain metallic salts, additives and compound henna. Our brand does not carry such types of henna and ayurvedic herbs and ours are even safe with chemical color use and perms. We hope this helps.
I cleanse my hair prior to applying. It helps the mask cling better to your hair strands and gives better results because the hair is cleansed, so no residue. After you rinse the mask/treatment out you can do what she did or you can use a conditioner/ moisturizer of your choice and style as usual.
I use it as a pre poo because my hair is high porosity and loves to cling to masks so I like to shampoo after to make sure I get it all out. My hair is also high density
@@HennaSooq Can you please do a series on those of us that use the 2 step procedure of henna/indigo to cover our grays? What can we do for maintenance in terms of glosses, masks etc to maintain the black colour? Would using a henna gloss interrupt the indigo or change the colour? Or would the Amla mix shown keep the hair dark? Cassia makes my Gray's look yellow! I'm sure a lot of us gray ladies would appreciate it!
Hello. You can start with our Jamila henna: hennasooq.com/fresh-jamila-henna-powder-2019/ as it's very easy to use. It will color your hair though. If you prefer to avoid coloring your hair use our non-coloring masks that do not contain henna here: hennasooq.com/collections/the-henna-bar/ Do note all henna powders have the same benefits. They mainly differ in color results.
I believe Nicole aka NekiCakes has type 3 hair. Maybe 3c? You might have to go to her channel to ask her directly. She's also on IG here: instagram.com/xolovelifeox/?hl=en
It seems that the amla powder loosened her curl pattern but on the site it says the powder tightens curls. I'd like something to loosen/stretch my curls. Should I use amla?
Just avoid using the masks that contain. For example rather then using the Henna Gloss Bar, use the Sweet Honey Gloss Bar: hennasooq.com/sweet-honey-gloss-bar/ or our Moroccan Clay Gloss Bar: hennasooq.com/moroccan-clay-gloss-bar/
I'm 64, my hair is thinning and seems to be stunted. It doesn't seem to grow and sheds when I comb it. Any advice ? Also how much are your products ? I have a "VERY LIMITED INCOME." HELP PLEASE. THANK YOU. YOUR HAIR IS LOVELY.
Hello! Products are online at www.hennasooq.com You can use one of the masks in this video. We carry them online in the description there are direct links in the video to purchase them. Consistency is going to be key to good results. Even if you do 1 mask every 2-3 weeks.
I want to try this but I’m so nervous. I have brittle ends and my hair can’t grow past it’s shoulders. The Ayurvedic products give me hope. I want to try the classes so I can stay on track. Is this supposed to be done weekly?
Aizeyosabo Idemudia hello. That’s a good question. She’s been natural for several years but when she started doing henna and Ayurvedic hair treatments her hair dramatically improved. You can see the difference over the years.
I'm overwhelmed with all these steps!! I have mildly relaxed hair I mixed Sukesh powder, the amla powder I had left and the rest of the fenugreek powder mixed with black tea and clove/ginger juice/sweet almond oil mixture..THAT'S too much going on as it is..washed with the hennasooq cowash then deep conditioned with C.O.N. Argon conditioner! I NEED to simplify my hair routine..
ever since I been doing henna on the regular --- no mo fro :( my curls are all gone :'( so hoping this will bring them back BRING IT ON BACK! this routine plus amla treatments
She wanted to do a hair growth treatment and then also a deep conditioning afterwards with the henna gloss bar. So two in one day is okay if that's your end goal and focus. Also based on your schedule and what works best for you. This can be separated by 1-2 weeks each.

Do you use it as a prepoo or deep conditioner

I’m so happy that someone posted a video to show how to apply the masks and that you can use it to define the curls as well as detangle.

Love your results. I needed this!! Trying the gloss bar today
Yeah! Let us know how it turns out.
Just a lil fiy..you should never use metal with henna or Amla...happy growing 🌱🌾🌾

It's a great one. 😊

@@HennaSooq I tried it last weekend and I love it. My curls were super defined and my hair is more shiny and I have less frizz.
How do you get out the amla seeds?! Doesn’t it lay on your scalp.
Our amla powder doesn't contain amla seeds. It's pure amla powder without the seeds. Hope this helps.
Whats your hair type if you don't mind me asking? We literally have the same type of hair and curl pattern but idk what type it is 😭😭

Rogernewday123 buy the ingredients yourself. Trust me it’s much cheaper and you can control what’s going in your hair 😊

We have the same hair
So you use this every week on wash day
It’s okay to do every week ?
Hey sis we out here missing you. Where are you? Haven't seen you on the seen for a while 🤗♥️🌈 hope you're doing well 😊
HI Was interested in buying your product but are they Sold out on line ???
We have most of our products in stock. Which one were you specifically looking for?
How long could would you suggest leaving the henna gloss on? I am not doing the alma mask first.
It can be left on 1-2 hours. Instructions are on the package of our Henna Gloss as well for reference.
Hi, do you use the Henna gloss weekly also?
Yes you can do so weekly.
HennaSooq thank you! That is great because I lie the way my hair feels after these treatments!
Is this okay for low porosity?
Can I deep condition after ive done all this?
If i use the henna as a deep conditioner should i still leave it in my hair for 24 hours ?
Not at all. Max only 1-2 hours. Hair coloring is 3-4 hours ideally as well.
You have beautiful hair
She absolutely does! We hope she joins us at the World Natural Hair Show in Atlanta in April 25-26
Question, what is the porosity of your hair?
We're not sure but you can head to her page and ask her: instagram.com/xolovelifeox/?hl=en
All I can think of is the water bill....so much running water when not in use
Can you use this if your hair is dyed ?
Yes absolutely.

HennaSooq So can the powders be added to deep conditioners? Then after seal with an oil and cream?
Sis yours nails at 2:16 though 🥰✨💅🏾

Good mornung dear. Thanks for shearing, please Just want to know if your hair was natural befor the application of tjeae treatment

What hair type does she have?
Ayyyy texture twins 😊

How long do you leave the mask in? can you sit under the dryer with the mask?
Yes you can sit under the dryer if you'd like. Leave it in at least 1-2 hours.
Did you always have curly hair??
You may have to ask her, we're not sure. Her IG is NekiCakes.
Can this be used with a protein treatment? If so, should it be before or after?
Are all these products fine to use with relaxed hair
ever since I been doing henna on the regular --- no mo fro :( my curls are all gone :'( so hoping this will bring them back BRING IT ON BACK! this routine plus amla treatments
Did you use both powders back to back?
I only see one video of you on this channel. I don't see a pre shampoo video.
It may be on her channel directly.
I wonder, why two masks in one wash day?
She wanted to do a hair growth treatment and then also a deep conditioning afterwards with the henna gloss bar. So two in one day is okay if that's your end goal and focus. Also based on your schedule and what works best for you. This can be separated by 1-2 weeks each.

HennaSooq yes it’s like it dyed my hair my hair was brownish/Redish in certain parts. But my hair was originally black
