    This is the best overall description of glowstringing moves on the net!
    I would place duowraps in the Intermediate category rather than advanced.
    Update with Syphonkiller's wristroll and Playpoi's advanced flower variations.
    This has certainly helped me in asking for specific tutorials. Fortunately most of these moves already have some on RUclips. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Keep Sticking!

    its an effect caused by blur motion from the exposure to the camera at each frame. in the time that the shutter is open, then glow stick has moved the distance of the ark you see. most personal recording have a frame rate of 15-30frames a sec

    "Dance is an art form that generally refers to movement of the body, usually rhythmic and to music, used as a form of expression, social interaction or presented in a spiritual or performance setting."
    Stringing is dancing.

    It's the camera. In real life you will see trails.
    However, LED sticks can also flash- especially if you put it on a low duty cycle.

    just btw, his time is probably just learning the move... Then you practice variations, transitions from one to another and just practice until it's cleaner. Just because you can do a crosser doesn't mean that you do it well. The cool thing about glowstringing is dancing and style come before technical spinning.

    I've seen people do this before, and I've always wanted to try. Knowing me, if I tried that, one of three things would happen:
    1. I'd whack someone in the face
    2. I'd break something
    3. The glowstick would fly out of my hand

    Furinax i just gotta say man, your my teacher and inspiration, with your help ive gotten so many sweet moves in my bag o tricks. Keep doing that sick spinning and ill keep watchin it, u should make another freestyle video. btw i joined GS.C, how do you go about having them post a vid you make?

  • @Furinax25
    @Furinax25 16 лет назад

    You're right. I know WiL got much of his moves from SA town.
    But unlike you guys I don't really care where they were invented. Do you think the great artists like Michelangelo and Beethoven put "thanks for whoever invented the brush and piano" after every work? Nah man they just did what they loved doing and took their bow.
    Wil made a video and it inspired me. That's all.

  • @SailorBarsoom

    I attend one rave a year. I got hit this year, and I promptly apologized to the person for messing up her performance. If I'm paying so little attention to where I'm walking that I can't stay out of the way of a brightly glowing object leaving a glowing trail behind it, that's my fault.

    @Topnotch0789 im clearly not as good as furinax, syphonkiller, or melvenorc12 but i would say try using both flat and round laces. its what your style and likings are man. Also i use 6" glowsticks if not glowsticks then i use my LED's. hope this helps a little

  • @Avoryne
    @Avoryne 15 лет назад

    yeah,i asked some of my friends(one of which used to glowstring) to demonstrate how far they can reach their arm behind their back to the other side,and it was about the same or less than mine,but besides that i wanna know if i can gain the flexability to do the moves,even while my arms stay the same

    i agree, do not think the learning times represent anything. Some people learn quickly, some learn slow (like me).
