Just want to point out that it’s not that he admitted to killing Nut. The judge and the prosecutor had a meeting with woody and his lawyer where woody says he wants to please the fifth and he was told he already had immunity so he has to testify and they proceeded to tell him according to brian steele that if he doesn’t they can hold him in contempt until the end of the trial and he’s facing 25 years if he doesn’t testify. In other words he was coerced into testifying.

The main thing with the cork is because Kenneth was an already sworn in witness which means they can no longer have any private conversations without the defense attorney present and especially in the judges chambers. What they’re thinking is that Kenneth were sworn in on Friday and on Monday he decided that he didn’t want to take the stand anymore so they won in the judges chambers, and they threaten to put him in jail for years, which is a coercion and is unethical and illegal

Correct but Woody is either genuinely stupid or he's playing stupid on the stand to finesse his way to not incriminate Thug and them since being stupid isn't a crime. If it's the latter, he's trying to keep his immunity deal to stay out of jail while not be seen as a rat by playing dumb enough to not point the finger at the defendants in court.
Either way, if these are the best witnesses the DA has on these guys, this case should be packed up and dismissed with prejudice. The whole thing is a joke and a farce.

After reading too long.. It's a very murky question wether or not you can invoke the 5th amendent after a grant of immunity. Often one jurisdiction can not grant you blanket immunity for charges from other states or courts. Also if your testimony provides evidence for further crimes, previously unknown to the prosecution than short answer is yes you might be able to.

It wasn't between Thug and his attorney. The attorney learned low-key that the judge and DA sat Woody down to presumably pressure him to testify a certain way or else, and Thug's attorney wasn't privy to the fact that this occurred at all until someone told him who wasn't allowed to do that. Woody's attorney presumably told Thug's attorney that this happened when any ex parte meeting between a witness and judge/state needs to be both recorded and defense attorneys notified of it if not be entitled to sit in the meeting.
So Thug's attorney called it out in court, the judge was thrown off how he learned about it, and the judge was like, "Say who told you about this meeting or you're going to jail in contempt." Thug's attorney said he's not sharing who told him and insisted that the meeting without his official knowledge looks 100% shady and improper but the judge was ducking that whole converation.

Out of everyone who got deals in this YSL case, the only one who can still plead the 5th is Gunna. No one else can.
Everyone else who took a deal has pled guilty except for Woody and Gunna.
Woody's deal doesn't require a plea because he is an "unindicted co-conspirator." But it does require his testimony.
Gunna pled "Alfred" which is not a guilty plea. He would have to show up to court. He can't stay home. But he can get on the stand, identify himself, then plead the 5th.
