I walk barefoot on my Itread mill with my headphones and Iphone Mp 3 tracks.....3,000 steps per day at 3.5Km per hr rate and I'm 82 years old now.....best form of indoor exercise I've ever done......mine has a remote control hand held device to control the step and speed rate..........costs an arm and a leg but who cares.

@@NH-lf1wu Walking is best done an hour after a meal.......little and often is better than one huge marathon that brings out the sweat in gallons......30 minutes approx at 3,000 steps is my norm......oh, and I weigh 80 kg's since the mid 70's.......the secret of weight management is to eat anything you want but don't swallow.
I just got it and I absolutely love it, i can finally walk in the afternoon and decompress, I feel unsafe walking outside in the city and this is perfect, also 5.0 is fast so if you want to jog for like 5-10’ it does the trick..
Can i get this in Australia?

1.0 horsepower....don't count on it lasting long or them honoring their warranty. They're lemons.
