Most people will wonder what the Saudi government is thinking by trying to construct a 1,600 feet skyscraper that is 75 miles long with a mirrored glass exterior. We know that is a lot, but this plan has a perfectly logical explanation.
In January 2021, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman announced that the city would be called Neom. He believed that Saudi Arabia could take on a construction project as monumental as the Egyptian Pyramids. Engineers in charge of this project have said that this Mirror Line skyscraper will take 50 years to build, but the Saudi Prince intends it to be ready by 2030.

If Neom can became a stock of only 9 million shares to make a trillion that would only be $1,111 per share. This can easy be done if every share holder can be a citizen of Neom.
That would be interesting, they do have significant investment from companies within Saudi Arabia aswell.
1 trillion = 1000 billions = a million of millions = 1.000.000.000.000. That would make shares 111.111$ (one hundred thousand!).

Its SO not having a 50 year construction duration . Think about it...so when its complete and brand new , parts are already 50 years old and the actual technology is 50 years old. In today's terms that's like having no internet and no fire sprinklers and alarm system in an apartment tower.

I watched so many video regarding this topic. Major Cities in Western World have one line as starting point to build the City. For instance, in Philly, there is a Broad Street Line. There is a rail system and other public transportation runs from North to South. The negative on this line: Segregation. Center City is for rich people, more educate people with very good jobs. South is for Middle Class people mostly (White). And North historically were all African American.
Regarding Neom: Neom need to Re-do over the plan.

That project is not achievable due to size, it will cost more to maintain and when the building are old and you need to demolish. Where are you going to move the people to. Quality ventilation will be an issue, as carbon dioxide will be thick in the air around the building. One major maintenance and everyone vwill be in jeopardy.
Yea I agree, it’s definitely not achievable by 2050 at least. I think one day humans could build something like that and make it work but not yet
