Dont order electric tools or ay other tools from temu. You have no idea if they are electrical safe or what the build quality is. Better order some professional bosch or makita. In the end a lot cheaper when building a complete house. Also temu sells your data and sometimes your credit card is used for scams. Buyer beware
I love watching the progress of your renovation, and appreciate the can-do attitude you have even when challenges come up! It’s not always easy to keep going. Also, idea for that shingle that could look cool: if you could mount it on a black painted piece of wood, big enough to give the shingle maybe a 2-inch border all around, that could give it a really nice framing and make the pops of black paint on the shingle stand out.
Hi Dray, I appreciate showing your progress with this building. About the water pipe: I would not recommend on resoldering copper pipe. from my experience there is a 50/50 chance that it won't seal especially with higher pressure. Problem occurs when you try to solder the pipe and there is still a bit water inside. I think the best way to go would be using HDPE Water pipe for the underground section. I wish you good luck.
The artwork & the outdoor shower looks awesome! You're right on how you have to go through the pain to really appreciate the results. Thanks for the update Dray!
I think the previous owner saw the condition of the roof above the first level and knew he needed some new beams to replace them and that's why you have a nice stack right there
Instead of buying temu Crap ! In your travels go to pawn shops to get tools ! The most stolen off of job sites and are basically untraceable ! A few hundred on a few items can be worth at least a thousand ! Plus Facebook market place ! People are desperate to sell inheritance items with hardly any use ! The older craftsman tools are the best ! Go corded electric for the strongest possible power ! I wish you could get down to once a week on any day that works for you ! Every Friday will hit as new on the weekend of viewers that look foward to enjoy with A beer and some free time ! I have about 25 that I watch every weekend as that's when they come out . constiancey is the key to building a following ! God Bless
Thanks for the comment. I’ve been on the hunt for old craftsman tools (mechanical & electric) for as long as I remember. I’m stuck on Dewalt because of the batteries but would love to go red or teal. I’ve had great luck with Temu so far but can’t speak for any of their power tools as I’ve never used one. I did buy an entire set of 40+ router bits at the same quality as the box stores for the price of one router bit at the box store. They are the identical cast, just a different color. As for the weekly videos, I’ll take Fridays into consideration. I appreciate the input. Thanks for watching!
The easiest and safest way to replace those long joists is to use a man lift. There are lifts available that will fit through your front doors. Put the joist on top of the basket, lift it to the correct spot, then have people on either end on ladders put it onto the bearing wall. I suspect that the beam is too long and heavy to just put it on someone's shoulder at each end and have them climb their ladder simultaneously to the right height to install it.
They’re probably 400 pounds apiece. A man lift is the way to go, but it’s expensive to rent and challenging to get out here. I am devising a plan with other modes of transportation to the ceiling. But believe me, I’ve been dreaming about a manlift or two for that project . Thank you for watching and commenting!
@@DraysWorld Towable lifts are available for rent, although probably in short supply due to the hurricane. Check United Rentals, Home Depot, or your local rental yard. Towables in PA are typically $300 a day. It's amazing how much work you can do in a day with one!
At @17:00 wow... what a blessing you have a Godly grandfather, still. My last one checked into Heaven 21 years ago. He accepted Jesus as his personal Savior on his death bed.

Thanks for the comment. I love the idea of the black background. I’m going to do it. Thank you!

Appreciate the love! I always cherish my time with you. That print looks amazing on the brick wall ❤

I am hooked on you continuing with this bank ngl lol. Keep up the good work man.
Thank you. I appreciate your comment
When I thought you were totally emersed in working on the bank, you’ve been out flying kites. Welcome back.

Glad to see you guys are ok and are still around. Place still needs some work but it does look a little better.
Are you going for the DMZ look when it comes to interior decor
Dray, been following since the vantasy series or maybe a little earlier. Anyhow, I'd love to see some handyman projects if you could film them.
I started the water meter project this week. Lots of video coming up quick! Thanks for watching for so long.. the Vantasy first appeared way back!

Pawn shops want to much
Hope you guys are doing well after the storms
Check out the new video tomorrow and you’ll see how things are going at least the beginning of it.
I have a hobby of painting rocks, and I wipe the brushes on this one rock before I clean them. So your board makes sense to me 😉
Great idea
My parents had that same owl painting on their wall when I was growing up. That along with a couple others that seem to have been a matching set.
Woah! Rad. I plan to paint a tuxedo on the large one. Thanks for watching!
Well, keep us posted on the water pipe situation, curious to see the solution to the problem.
So did the water company offered you a discount, or do you have to pay full price for the leaking pipe?
They did cut us a break!

Hi Dray, what happened to equality, you SHOULD have a nice clothes rack inside as well, bedt regards from Australia, Les
My set up is not so bad. I’ll show that in the next couple of videos somewhere. But I feel ya. Thanks for watching!
I bet a second clothing rack would look great, framing up the fireplace! His and hers organization 🙌🏻
Growing up in Ohio, Cedar Point was the destination for everyone.
One of the three when I was a kid. Kings Island & Sea World. Giaga Lake ring a belltoo. Thanks for watching.
I thought we were going to see some progress, but it turned into a Temu commercial. 😢
Trivet
I have more confidence in Amazon than in TEMU. You can do your own research.
Temu product placement? Repeatedly? No thanks.
I’m new at adds. Thanks for watching!
I just wanted to say I enjoy your videos and good luck with your journey with your "new" project.
Thank you for watching!
Plz, folks. Don’t buy garbage from temu.
I’ll pay 80k for that board
So far, you’re the highest & only bidder. Anyone interested can DM me on the Drays World instagram. Thanks for watching!
I how know why I don't watch this anymore all talk no work
