@@dccybersec They say on website that u need to buy INE subscription to go through "training by INE" (for eJPT), but you dont have to do that because this training is included in starter pass on INE (which is free).Just sayin
I passed eJPTv1 back in last May. IMO the eJPT (the v1 course at least, v2 has a bit AD so if the new course lab contains some domains to train then it can be worth it) doesn't teach really significantly more than what you could learn from THM Junior Pentester Learning Path + a bit of HTB beginner tracks and THM+HTB are cheaper than eJPT. Also the cert has almost no HR value, unfortunately. However if you are new to hacking and have no practical/hands-on IT exam experience, it can be a good idea to challenge the cert simply to try how it feels to take such practical exam in a constrained time frame: From my experience OSCP exam biggest challenge isn't the boxes difficulty but the time/stress management in other words managing to work under heavy pressure.

Hey DC, I’m planning on getting into cyber security after high school. I live in Victoria, and am planning on doing computer science at RMIT, followed up by a six month graduate degree in cyber security at RMIT. Would that be a proper roadmap for getting a role in cyber security or would you recommend other universities or certificates to do?
I have something on my mind. I will graduate as CS student soon, and I am thinking about getting into cybersecurity with a CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certificate. Now, I told this to my parents, and the reply was, "Then, why did you even do CS. You could've just entered into cybersecurity with a CEH certificate in the first place". I am bothered by this reply.
