I just want to write a comment in spanish because i didn't see anything from latinos. Esta mujer es increíble. Sus letras, su melodía, su voz...todo es un deleite para el paladar audituvo. Estoy enamorada de todo aquello que ella irradia, de todo aquello que escucho de su existencia...
Definitivamente esta mujer es más que increíble, en algún otro comentario expresaré la opinión que tengo de ella, la cual es bastante compleja; por el momento quiero sólo compartir un par de experiencias e ideas que rondan mi mente. La primera vez escuché "The Humming" sin haber visto el video (ya que el CD que adquirí fue el standard el cual no suministra ninguna imagen en movimiento), el impacto que tuve, sólo con la música, fue una sensación de profundidad acompañada de una obscuridad cristalina; un par de semanas después (diciembre 2015) tuve acceso al video oficial que acompaña "The Humming" y cual no sería mi sorpresa de la gran similitud que le imprimieron los creadores de dicho video con el alucine mental que mucho antes (un par de semanas atrás) había tenido yo. Siempre he sido crítico de los videos que acompañan varias de las rolas de ENYA, y realmente diré que 50/50 es el nivel de aceptación visual que les doy, por ejemplo, en mayo de 1989 escuchaba por primera vez la rola de "Orinoco Flow" mientras caminaba por las calles de San Francisco, y dicha melodía me dejaba la impresión de mucho movimiento, casi febril, con hombres cargando un barco en un atracadero con sacos de víveres, preparánodose para zarpar a tierras lejanas, mujeres despidiendo a sus hombres, ellas con vestidos largos a la usanza del siglo XVIII, otras con escotes pronunciados y sus cabelleras largas y hermosas revoloteadas por un viento proviniente del mar, más adelante podía visualizar las aguas encrespadas y los hombres batallando afanosamente con las velas de la embarcación casi a punto de sucumbir, finalmente logrando atracar a los diversos puertos mencionados en dicha composición. Con un mapa revisé las zonas geográficas mencionadas en la rola y me parecía fantástico que Roma haya tenido dicha inspiración de un viaje de circunnavegación. Dos años después pude ver el video que acompañaba a "Orinoco Flow", y me pareció una profunda decepción, ya que lo único en que coincidieron los diseñadores de dicho video con mi visión fueron: el barco con velas y mastiles, y el vestido largo de ENYA, de ahí en fuera mejor no opino. Adoro con toda mi alma y mi mente la música de ENYA y las composiciones que hace Roma, pero me hubiera gustado que hubiesen invertido una lana más 'gruexa' en la realización de sus videos. He notado mucha gente con talento aquí en los canales de YT agregando viñetas que muchas de las veces tienen más profundidad de percepción que los videos oficiales originales, en la misma tenura o tónica puedo agregar que el video de este canal no me queda cierto si sea oficial o simplemente el bato este le agregó las imágenes de un concierto posterior de ENYA; lo he buscado en las páginas oficiales de ENYA y no lo encuentro, si alguien tiene la evidencia que prueba que este video es proveniene del equipo técnico de ENYA déjenme un link. Órale pues, ahi la vemos y se portan chido.
