I was wondering if you checked shafts for true. Mine has .004“ (.10 mm). This is measuring the selector box side with the shaft installed in the large side of the case. Many thanks.
Hey mr mista!! How are you been?? Oh men, last night i was driving my vespa, and suddenly the rear wheel got stuck and I almost fall. And at that moment the rear wheel doesn't move, neither backward nor forward.
Ive got a problem with my vespa. if give it a full throttle it bogs down or wont accelerate at all (especially when im speeding)l. Is there a way you could help fix that.
@@FreakMoPed8 in my case my vespa start with the electrical starter. But the kickstarter I can't because its completely stuck. Also I can't change gear even i pull the clutch.

no i dont. wouldnt measure it in the engine though but in a lathe
What are the right clearances between the gears?
U only need to check the outer tolerance towards the ring. , not between the gears. 0,1-0,2mm it shall.

Hello mista freakmoped need some help, can you please tell me y my vintage vespa's 3rd gear slips?
1) tighten cable 2) check/replace gear selector rod 3) open engine and exchange cruciform AND check the inside of the gears

Watching these video i guess something bad could be happened with the driveshaft. ;(
The engine start ok.
But the kickstart it's stucked... :(
if the cyl got stuck the kickstart is blocked. pulling clutch and the kicker should work. if not, sthg is blocking the gearbox
