Do you use the light on it at all? And when I press the power button while it’s on, it has a red dot blinking like it’s recording. Any feedback on that? Thanks in advance
You will need to open up your File Explorer to open or transfer files to your computer. Think of your dash cam like a flash drive to view or transfer files.

Format the Micro SD card in the Dash Cam. Install a 64GB to get more recording space. Set your Gravity Sensor (G Sensor) to low. 64GB: amzn.to/3sE7z2t (Amazon)
You can't lock footage on my old next base dash cam you could press to lock footage but not on this one it continuously overwrites with no save folder. Disappointed as I recently purchased this dash cam 😔
You will need to switch to playback mode. You can do this by long pressing the menu button several times to you get to the playback mode. Then you can delete files from there.

I have had an A10 dashcam for about a year. The battery no longer holds a charge and I can't find a replacement battery for sale anywhere.

There is usually a file folder called "B" or rear. Click on the file folder to open up the rear files.
What is the best exposure to have on this dash cam?
I always keep it at 0
If you do a lot of night driving, then set it to +2 or +3.

Hi I’ve recently just set this dashcam up however my 12V cigarette socket isn’t charging the camera when my engine is running
It takes up to 24 hours of continuous charging to give you 3 minutes or less charge.
I have this dashcam but when I plug it into my computer to watch the footage it just shows a black screen and not my driving footage. Any advice?

Think of it like a flash drive. Just connect to your Mac computer and open the files like a flash drive.

what is your setting for this dashcam. After a few days, I review the videos on laptop, and not able to see vehicle plate either daytime or nighttime.
Set to: Resolution - 1080OFHD, Wide Dynamic Range - On, Exposure - 0, Frequency - 60. Try adjusting the Exposure

While the video is playing use the arrows to adjust the speed. This only works while the video is playing.

No, turn off interval recording in the dash cam settings. That should help
Does it keep recording when the car is parked?
No, You will need to purchase a hardwire kit to keep recording. The dash cam consistently needs power to record.

How can i view my video if i want to review? Same on the picture how can i view. Now video play on the screen to settings
Hold down the menu button to switch modes. Then you will be able to view your videos and photos

Go to the menu and select Parking monitor and set to on.
