I've been working on a project for a long time, and it's been side tracked by artwork and assets for awhile. Mikey, I don't know how often people tell you this, but thank you for making these tutorials concise, freely available, and above-all, professional. Many tutorials are extremely unprofessional with lots of fat and excess unneeded content that frankly disrespect the viewer's time. You create professional course level content for free whose gain can be felt in numerous branches. I realized a month ago, you are setting very well formed foundations for viewers to be able to transition into different fields if needed like 3-d animation and game design where other tutorials fail very poorly. These tutorials are frankly why I am able to make any groundwork on my project artwise, not just in form but drawing in general. Thank you man, it's appreciated!
I've become hyper aware of female figures' hip width. I've noticed a lot, if not most, western comicbook artist don't draw hips nearly wide enough and this tutorial drops at the perfect moment!
The more of these I watch, the more they start to make sense and click in place... No idea how that works, but thanks for all the years of good stuff, Mikey!

Going through massage therapy classes helped a lot with my art, the more comprehensive your knowledge of musculo-skeletal structure the easier it is to translate 3d forms into 2d. It's easy to focus on what is visible on the surface but if you know what is happening underneath it becomes much easier to create believable forms and poses. PS. Your tutorials and art are awesome and inspiring Mikey.

@@samiyacarmen9655 mechanical pencil. But any pencil will work it's the artist not their tools that makes good art.

using your arm is like a natural stablelizer, you can draw long fine lines. good for building the ground work
