They would have a list of sauces you could put on it with fire pictograms next to it to show the spiciness level. The one at the bottom had literally 7 of those and I chose that one. It was about as spicy as habanero salsa and was easily edible if you mixed it with the sour cream. 10/10
I recommend reading the manga first to get a bit of an idea & understanding. If not then just watch episode 1 around duration 14:13. Both the anime and manga shows that he studied Russian besides watching tv commercials with his grandad containing Russian.
The voice actress studied Russian in university. Almost certainly better than Kotomine Kirei's English, but not native. I am pretty certain all other Russian lines, including her older sister's, are pretty heavily butchered.
