Amy Wohosky that’s great! Where did you get him? I’m considering getting one, but I have no idea where. The only place that locally has them is PetSmart and PetCo, but they aren’t known for treating their animals very well-
Just a heads up, since filming I have linked the LED and UV up and they now come on at the same time. At the moment they come on for about 9 hours a day, this may increase to 10-12 hours in the future. :)
I have a question, can i use rocks as the flooring of my tank? and can i use a heat mat? Im thinking about ordering a 20 gallon glass tank, and i don't know if i should use a wood or glass tank, thank you!
I just got my leopard gecko yesterday and he just turned 1 month old today! I haven’t seen my gecko much as he/she is obviously still adjusting to the tank. But I just wanted to thank you I learned so much from your channel and I really appreciate how thorough you are in your videos! Thank you so much!!❤️🦎 Ps I think I’m going to name him/her Apollo My gecko is a Mack Snow
Gosh the way they just lumber about their homes makes me so happy. I love watching mine mill around at night. Mines in a 40 gallon and he definitely uses every inch! I swear he must’ve crawled across every single nook and cranny. I hope everything continues to go well with little Diego!!
Yeah I'm so glad I set up the nightvision camera otherwise I would have thought he was just hiding all the time lol. He's starting to get more confident. I checked him earlier (about 10pm ish) and he was just walking around the tank :)
I used to watch your channel because I was dumb and really didn’t know what to with my leopard gecko but now I watch your channel for fun and to see if I’m doing anything wrong. Love your vids
I hope one day when I finally get a gecko of my own, I can spoil them with an amazing setup and give them as much love as you do. You truly are an inspiration! Thank you
Looks great and Diego is settling in well. Amazing speed he has developed there. The increased energy is impacting him. weeks 2 and 3 will see a return to open basking as he sets up his territory. Keep in mind that this is a very territorial species with complex tunnel networks in the wild. A change of home, means a change of territory. Its all looking great so far!
This vid was so helpful and your recommended amazon items have really helped me and the gecko items are a bit pricey in the link but that doesn’t matter. I’m a huge fan thanks
Aw thanks :). Yeah I found the Amazon store/shop is helpful for collecting all the items I'd recommend, but if you find them elsewhere cheaper, go for it :D
Shows even completely tame geckos get startled and instinct takes over. You forget how fast they can be until they get spooked then they are greased lightning! They never seem to lose the notion that one day you may decide to eat them...
I got my first leo last Friday and I'm so glad that your channel exists. Elsa the snow leopard has you to thank for her new home.thank you for your work
Good to see that an established gecko you’ve owned for awhile is a bit timid moving into a new enclosure. I just got an adult leopard for the first time and he’s been very shy for the first week, almost always hiding when I see him. He’s been eating though.
You spoil your animals so much and that’s a good thing 😊 and your leopard geckos definitely deserve the huge amount of space you give them :) Love your vids!!!🥰
Oh my gosh I wasn’t notified again I was worried because I thought you didn’t post but I checked to make sure and you did!! Diego is looking like he is enjoying his new tank!!
hope Diego enjoys his big boy tank! I just got my baby leo he loves his warm hide and is a big fan of dinner time! thank you so much for this channel I've seen so many people recommend it and am a big fan myself. my Leo ate 4 buggos on his first day with me and doesn't arch his back when I fill his water bowl anymore. he seems to be loving his warm hide which is the Flukers castle crib definitely a good hide lots of room and he LOVES it! thank you for this truly amazing channel keep loving your Leo's!

Hi everyone! First of all, Leopard Gecko your videos are amazing! Your quality research and information pushed me to get a happy little sweetheart named Lemon. I do have one question though and if anyone could help me out I would be very grateful!! Lemon has some dark spots under her chin, and at first I realized that most of them were her beauty marks coming in, but there is one dark spot that is much bigger and possibly even has a red middle it’s hard to tell. Now to help you narrow it down parasite wise, it doesn’t bother her at all she doesn’t itch it or anything, her stool is completely normal and has been the 4 weeks I’ve had her, and everything in her tank has been sterilized for her organically. It seems to have no effect on her, but I am just curious if it’s a problem. Thank you!!!!
My gecko won’t eat. I got him on Tuesday though. Should I be worried. Also I am feeding him every kind of food. He is just scared of them. Should I switch to freeze dried food for a little bit. Please please please answer this question.🦎😔 PS he is one month old. Also is it ok if the gecko gets its tail in the feeding dish?
If you just got him and he's still skittish I think you will be fine. He just has to adjust, but keep trying to feed him. Make sure you aren't moving too quickly or loudly, he will get used to you and your surroundings
Hello! Sorry to bother you, but is was wondering if it’s normal for a gecko to slightly ‘change colour’? It’s almost grey but I’m not sure if he is ill.... he seems to be acting totally fine and I’ve checked him over 💓 Sorry if it’s stupid 🤣 🦎 love your channel

i love ur enclosure..
I love your tanks!
Hey you may have already answered this but where did you get the tank I’m I’m love
Thank you! its one of ours and the links are in the description at the top :-)

Don't go to youtubers for help like this always take your animals to the vet
Hello! Sorry to bother you, but is was wondering if it’s normal for a gecko to slightly ‘change colour’?
It’s almost grey but I’m not sure if he is ill.... he seems to be acting totally fine and I’ve checked him over 💓
Sorry if it’s stupid 🤣 🦎 love your channel
Thanks :) Sounds like your gecko is preparing to shed :)
