I used to work in a warehouse that sold high performance parts for cars. We were told ship the parts with bad or beat-up packaging to the online customers because they are less likely to return them. We picked the good packaging for the retail store which is attached to the warehouse.

Man I've put that crease in the middle of multiple switch games during unboxing.
When the cellophane is half on half off and you try to break it free it usually gets stuck and causes that crease. I usually forget😅
