The way that Cena billed that match, the respect he showed to the ECW fans. This is why I love John Cena as a person, even after his gimmick started to stale around 2010/2011, I couldn't help but respect the person he is behind the curtain.

They didn’t even show the whole clip of Cena throwing the shirt into the crowd and then they threw it back, but at least they got a part of it in there.
Lol right I think he had to give it to someone he KNEW wasn't gonna throw it back eventually. It set up for him to know to give the shirt to a kid already wearing his shirt when he wrestled against another crowd that was firmly against him in 2011...... 😏
This is true cause of a person already commenting that isn't fully aware of just how much the hate was against Cena was back then. Not their fault cause yeah this isn't really properly showing the hostile environment at all. It was incredible and once in a lifetime nuclear heat that has to be experienced with the actual show unfortunately since this dropped the ball.
I’d say Collision in Korea was probably more nerve racking then one night stand.

Joey styles is free to work with WWE Taz meanwhile is in AEW what they should of done is reuse bits of the og commentary

Daaaaaaaaaamn doood! This was freeking epic for a games rendition of that crazy night!
The atmosphere of this level was amazing. Especially cuz they put the crowd intensity up to 120%. Especially during RVDs taunts.
I really like the combo and grappling system it adds a lot more to the moveset not limited at all don't think every move should move so fast though for every character
I prefer a faster pace myself

This was not how the crowd reacted at all. Also we can’t hear Tazz and Joey Styles commentary
On the positive side: Amazing how far in-game graphics have come. They ALMOST look like their real life counterparts.
On the negative side: The flashback to the real WWE match content is gonna be killer for livestreamers with the copyright claim floating all over the place.
No joey styles and taz commentary don't like how it used real footage when it could use in game cutscenes using the actual audio from the match so when you get to the part when the ECW ref gets knocked you here get up Patrick from smackdown and then heyman comes down for the 1 2.3

2k used to do cutscenes but they stopped but i find watching the real footage better its like if im actually watching a match and playing some of it
@@coastercloudy it is but its not right when they blur the ref or a sign out it breaks the immersion when it comes to one night stand they missed the part where the ECW ref gets knocked out and there's nick Patrick the smackdown ref who comes in and gets knocked out.
@@coastercloudy they still do but with the real footage they blur the ref /anything they want breaks the immersion also no entrances so you don't get to see John cena entrance as the enemy and RVD the hero of ECW. the F U cena chants are absent but understandable due to WWE being PG

Don't worry when you unlock all the showcase characters you will get the entrances, arenas championships ect van dam from one night stand 2006 will be a alternate attire.

I would like for them to add more ecw & wcw wrestlers like they did for the earlier 2k games. 2k16 was my favorite.
Im liking the "Next Step" indicator is that of a story and not just DO THIS, DO THAT. Nice change 2K. Im deffo turning all that annoying music off whilst im smashing Cena. Its a little too much.

@@MeekMillisbendingoverrn get what your saying but I feel combos aren't what a WWE needs if your a older wrestler like undertaker you shouldn't be moving very quickly as he was always one of those superstars who takes it slow even with Andre because of his size he never moved quickly. They needs to be realistic momentum with a more locked down build up.

Man I haven't done showcase mode since they did the Shawn Michaels and Triple H one but it looks like these ones have less care put into them. No commentary, real footage during the match instead of in game cutscenes.. idk the arena looks nice though. Better than the last time they tried.

I want the 2k19 getting in the ring animation without having to hit when someone enters the ring near you i think that’s stupid in 19 you could ennter without touching your opponent even if they’re near the ropes
How do you do the barricade move
You need to make sure you set up the move near where the table is set up put him against the baricade and hit o on PlayStation. I’m struggling with the diving moonsault.
