Congrats Christin Woods on the directing and congrats on all the cast performances 😁👍
Now that I'm rewatching these in order, I realize that at least part of why Asherah is being so hard on Fleming is because of Dr. Mathias's death in "Departures".
WHAT A WONDERFUL EPISODE AND HUMOROUS TO BOOT. THERE WENT DOCTOR ANDERSON STORMING TO THE BRIDGE WHEN HE THOUGHT IT WAS THE CAPTAIN THAT MADE THE NEW ADDITION TO HIS MED TEAM, BUT WHEN HE FINDS OUT ITS COMMANDER PRIVETTE HE GOES
ALL WISHY WASHY LIKE I WOULD WITH T'NOSHI!!!GARY BAILEY KING OF DARKNESS EXCELLENT PRESENTATION AND DIRECTED CHRISTIN WOODS, CONGRATULATIONS!!GARY BAILEY
Love the hair styling of Tinoshi. Reminiscent of Star Wars.
This was hilarious! But I'm sorry this seemed to be Dr. Anderson's last appearance on the Tristan :(
10:04 was my favorite moment. I knew when I wrote it just how I wanted to preform it. I was taking my cue from my idol Peter Ustinov in Blackbeard's Ghost.
It was a good scene sir!
Oh, by the way sir ... when the Captain told the others Dr. Anderson would not be joining the other senior officers at his table for dinner, but would be in his quarters ... any officer 'sent to his room' by the Captain or XO is what we in the Navy call "being put in HACK." Usually this would be something dished out to junior officers needing correction, but is occasionally dropped on Department Heads (CMO for example.)
In my first ship our Captain (Commander by rank) sent the ChEng (Chief Engineer - LT Commander) to his room after popping off at the Captain in the Captain's Sea Cabin off the Bridge at a volume that could be heard through half the superstructure. It was very entertaining!
"Crow is hard to digest." That ending made me laugh. Anderson was all hot to trot when he thought it was Walker who brought the new Vulcan on board, but as soon as he found out it was Privette, he changed his tune. And Walker made him accept the new guy because he'd jumped to conclusions and acted like an idiot. Great stuff.
Walker did a good job of trapping Anderson. The way the rest of the bridge crew was staring at him. I don't think two security officers could stop the fallout.
A great story and production, love the multiple conversations going on all at once, she did great with the inquisition of that poor Cadet guy, a great scene, the racism and the way the crew gave the Doctor the hateful eye was great, well written and done, William C. Searcy did a great job writing and acting as did every one in the group, thank you all for your time and work on this, a great Trek Fan Film
As always, Dr. Anderson makes a good show a great show. I make no secret that I consider Mr. William Searcy a mentor of mine. I all him Mr. William out of pure respect for the man playing the part. Miss Kristin Woods did a good job in the director's chair. Being a Star Trek Pen And Paper RPG nerd that plays engineers, Mr. Moody makes me want to come to Potemin Picture as a special guest Engineering officer, just to be able to work with him. This is what Star Trek is all about, a great story, well acted. Randy Landers and company down there in Pelham, Alabama hit another one out of the park again. Small budget in this case does not matter, this is GREAT Star Trek. IF more people see Potemkin Pictures shows they will come to love them as I have.
I hope that we see Dr. Anderson. He is one of my favorite characters. I think I like him so much.because he is funny and eccentric and often short-tempered - in short human. It's also true that doctors are going a little more leeway in terms of military discipline.
We will be seeing Dr. Anderson in the not quite as near as we'd like future, but he will be returning.
@@Potemkin1711 , Great news and hopefully with his tribbles!😄
Any episode with Dr Anderson is a winner with me :-)
Thanks Matt! Anderson has been my favorite doctor for quite some time now. More on the way, hopefully by the end of the year. fingers crossed!
Great episode for the characters! Really enjoyed it. Keep up the awesome quality everyone!
Nice one! Dr. Anderson is my favorite character. So unusual for a Vulcan. :)
Grumpy old man Vulcan....I play him close to home.
Really look forward to seeing these episodes please keep them coming
another well made episode! good job all around!
I'm not entirely sure if Dr. Marino knows of his connection to Dr. Anderson.
Indeed.
I was always amazed that beds in the 23rd (and beyond) century in Star Trek have not advanced - i.e. they are still the same with no sleeping improvements. I would think that there would be some type of advancements, like the ability to sleep upright, and perhaps a specialized pillow such that when your head touches it, you fall to sleep within a few seconds ;-)
Great leaders praise in public and critique in private. It's leadership 101, she should be punished. :>
The stinger :)
Which one? ;)
T'Noshi's haircut doesn't seem very Vulcan to me... Shame we didn't get to see the dinner...
Did you see the extra scene in the credits?
Yeah.
Ah . . . but is it regulation? :)
I love the models in the engines room did he sev on a Klingon D7 ? I saw D7 in his room
He did not. Just had the model. ;)
That was out of line! Why does doctor Anderson hate his own speses?!
A story for another time ...
I suspect Dr Anderson interacted with some the older vulcans. The same ones that had a problem with Spock
@@drmayeda1930 Sounds probable. I always related to Spock, going way back. (I'm half Indonesian and half-Filipino.)
Uhoh
no offense but is this a comedy?
S C what do you think?
It's all in your perspective. If it made you smile, I'm happy!
Ah...this is not your finest work. Sorry. I still love you 😍 guys. But this is a little whack.
