If you want to beat that with warriors you swap out the hunters for a far superior 6 warriors 3 + 1 warlock build(Just rush 10 once you roll a disruptor). Kunkka, Tide, Pudge, Doom/Juggernaut, Slardar and Troll Warlord. As warlocks you use Necro, Witch Doctor, Shadowfiend / Alchemist and Disruptor. It's a bit slow early game so using rank 1-2 two star step stones are a must, but once you get some of the rank 4's going you quite quickly reach a point when you become almost immortal.

i think 40-60 given you do have scaled bonus and the potential for clutch human silences, not to mention Slark is always an x-factor
