I bought an e36 that had 322,000 miles all i did was clutch kick that bitch constantly and smash the rev limiter for almost a year never broke sold it when i got my 240sx and the guy i sold it to is still driving it today

What about the "Reverse Challenge" like put 2 gallons on two sides and just reverse and try to fit in sideways, probably a scumbag idea. Maybe even take out all 4 wheels 😂

When you tighten a bolt or nut at a certain point of torque something is gonna "give". And by give I mean things start stretching or bending. Since the diameter of a bolt/lug is relatively smaller compared to its mounting surface in the case of a common hub/disk, the stress is mostly exerted on the bolt/lug in a stretching or tension orientation. High torque (impact driver), , and applying high stress in a "lateral" (slide/drift) orientation further stressing the over-torqued/stretched/stressed stud, and a welded diff, yeah you're gonna pop studs/lugs
The lugs are breaking because they are old. I worked for a VW Audi dealer and used my impact gun all the time. Every tech does. I had a very strong gun so I,put it on a low setting. Those older battery powered snap on guns don't have enough balls to stress and where out the lugs in the period of 3 months
I waiting 2 hours waiting for it to be uploaded and after refreshing 50 times since 3 it pops up 7 min late.... And now it here wondering why do bad things happen to good people and why couldn't I be first to comment
From my experience on big trucks at least, lug studs like that get broken when the wheel starts to come loose. When the wheel begins to come loose it can apply greater pulling force on the lugs. (think of the wheel acting like a crowbar on the lugs since it has room to move). I think next time you put studs on it, maybe give them a little dab of loctite or something since this seems to keep happening. Maybe some decent quality studs as well, and not 20 year old ones. :D
Yo that shit was crazy Darnall was out fence hunting then breaks the wheel wildly off shearing off not one but all of the bolts to the hub. Once I saw that and the way Kado just drove it up the dock I couldn't stop laughing
