@KyLe_McCaLLuM no he isn't, the documentary is 15-16 years old. India is carrying out large scale infra projects worth 1.6 Trillion USD, by 2024, from high speed railways to Expressways to Energy. Country will be transformed in the next 10-12 years (it already has, a LOT compared to the documentary).

@@ayyappanchithambaram4575 you can have big cities and still have massive amounts of poverty and human rights violations. Maybe that's what they're talking about. Personally I've never been to India so I can't speak about it on a personal level. All I have to go off of is the documentaries, news, and stories I've seen or been told. From those, it would seem there's still a lot of room for improvement, but that can apply to the whole world really. Just because a place is growing in it's international position though, doesn't necessarily mean everyone who lives within that place is benefiting from that. I'm always open to hearing directly from inhabitants of India though, because to me that's the best way to truly understand different places in the world and their people.

This video shows a really painful side of society that thrives on our indifference. This video might be extremely old but each point shared is as relevant as they were. As a bystander, a natural Indian who keeps a track of all the issues with our society, I can notice tensions building within our society. I don't know if most people are even aware of this pattern so I hope this message reaches whoever has the patience to read this while they're mindlessly scrolling through these comments. From communal violence to caste-based violence, minorities are not the only ones affected. Out of 1.3 billion people, only top 5% to 15% receive the perks of what the entire society pays for. Now, this hierarchical system has mysteriously thrived for thousands of years without invasion of foreign culture and modernization. I don't believe in any news channel's report, everyone has their own narrative. I believe in what I see when I'm out on the streets. The ground reality is very straightforward: more than 80% of the population is frustrated and has someone to blame. Everyone blames someone. In essence, we're already at war with specific enemies. It's only a matter of time when people start a chain reaction that will lead to a domino effect. And the current government is making it worse for everyone else whether we like it or not.

According to research, India will be a Middle Income country in the next decade or, at the most, the next two decades, given that pandemics or atrocities don't take place again. Do you think that a country which is close to being a middle income country would look like this? India has changed, and will change.
So, when you say that "Nobody cares", it exposes that you are wasting time watching this video. It also exposes that you are ignoring the true facts, just like India's colonizers (Britain).

Brahman's are behaving untouched with Dalits and they think Dalits are the worst creation of universe.
They saw a dream to make India becomes a Hindu Nation where Dalits looses its all rights of doing higher and good jobs. But specially RSS bigotry is against Muslims. The only reason of Muslims and Sikhs custom of untouched isn't anymore in India.

The people who live in slums in India are better than the people who lives under the bridges in US.
Hindus don't want a Hindu country. Some Hindus want a Hindu country. That doesn't mean all hindus want hindu country.
This documentary is concentrating only on the negative side of India.
How many temples in India give free food to people regardless of religion?
How many Muslims wants Sharia law in India? Do you know in Kerala's malabar area, On Ramzan day no restaurants are allowed to open. Why only one side is covered?
Remember that if hindus were hostile to other religions as documented here, no other religion would have existed in India than hinduism.
In the documentary a slum girl is saying in English , India is booming for rich and not for poor. But how did she get the education to speak English such fluently? Staged drama?
I have seen many poor people became rich in India by hard work. Unlike in US where US citizens work in walmart store and paid meager salary, India is booming in creating jobs and opportunities for poor.
Unlike the illegal immigrants like Mexicans who clean the toilets of Americans, all the slum people are Indian citizens whereas Americans exploit the illegal immigrant status of mexicans.
Micro financiers from multi national companies misinformed farmers about loans they gave and grabbed their land for free. Why are these omitted in the documentary?
Regarding land grabbing by govt, govt forcefully took land from land owners. It was a scam run by the then ruling political party. Politicians bought land from farmers and govt illegally helped politicians to cheat farmers. Farmers in turnr got below market value. Farmers could buy another farm land far away. But the compensation they got was poor and the rotten court system is not approachable. Documentary missed the involvement of political scam and ineficiency of court system.
The Hindu religious leader is talking about terrorists not about muslims or minorities as misinterpreted in documentary. The documentary shows muslim terrorists set fire on one train going to Pakistan from India. But failed to acknowledge the reason. This documentary didn't point out that the train containing hindus was locked and burned by muslim extremists in Gujarat. It only says Hindus killed Muslims. Just one sided documentary funded by british terrorists who wants Hindus and Muslims to fight each other. Channel 4 which created this one sided rubbish documentary is a British company. One muslim says he didn't get a job because of discrimination. If he studied properly he would have got a job. Most of these radicalised muslims just project that they are discriminated while many Hindus Christians, Sikhs are also jobless. Moreover these minorities have 50% job reservation. If this fool couldn't even get marks to claim even the reserved seat, do you expect Hindus to feed every non hindus from their pocket. No discrimination is shown to thieves and rapists. Is it interview of a normal Muslim citizen or a jihadi? How did these victims of prejudice survive so far? It is true that some Hindus wants only their caste along side them. Same is with Muslims. Some Muslims don't allow flat and land in their vicinity to be bought by non muslims.. The stupid one sided interviewer need to know that India is not founded in 1947. The people the land the culture etc were existing long before that. The communal clashes with Muslims are orchestrated in India from 1920's. Before that there was only massacres of Hindus which nobody knew or wants to talk. Anyway the communal clashes are reduced now. But Hindus are not the only one responsible for that. See the communal clashes with Muslims in France, Sweden, China, and all non muslim majority countries. What most Indians have to say is said at 32:17. Dalits are in higher posts. Even India had dalit as president. There is no resriction on them to study. They get lots of subsidy and reservation just like Muslims and more than muslims. There may be odd cases were a dalit is asked to clean public toilet as part of job. There are many brahmins too who clean toilets as part of their job. This one sided documentary missed them. Again the dalit shown as toilet clener is not a govt employee. If he was he wouuld have put brown colour uniform. Pure cheats are used for interviewing and projecting hindus as arrogant and discriminating. The reservation system is wrong. It forces students of low calibre who came trough reservation to sit in class roooms along with students of high calibre who got admission by merit and not reservation. if the dalits are conveted to budhists to escape from hindus, why didn't the muslims do same?
