Sharon is the author of three books: The CBT Workbook for Perfectionism, The Better Boundaries Workbook, and The Better Boundaries Guided Journal.

    I felt like this episode was literally about me! I hung on every word . Knowing there are others struggling with and working on the same issues is incredibly validating, after years of feeling that my needs were just too much and an imposition on those around me .
