When everybody is talking about property, means is time to sell. Not enough property supply? Gosh in Malaysia, we have plenty of people that own multiple units of property. FC boss already easily owned 20 plus units.
Fantastic video but disagree on Johor being the key location for properties to run in Malaysia, believe KV is still better with many high quality new companies opening in KV (DCs are low quality investments with few jobs). Singapore factor is also overhyped and the comparison should be SG HDB vs JB mid range service apartments.😊
I think property is slightly different. It also depends on population growth. At the moment birth rates are declining so i think that would dampen the price

It's about capital up front. The way we acquire properties are using minimal to zero capital. If you have lots of cash, I do agree you should go buy factory:)
