I’m going through the SOP course and am using these videos to supplement my education. I highly recommend any new member follow suit. It helps to get as thorough an understanding as possible.
Great to hear.
Great great video guys i like all videos of internachi there are the best
Thank you, Carlos.
Wish you had looked under the pop-out window, often there are defects that should be mentioned.
Thanks for watching.
When they were first talking about the cracks in the brick, they mentioned bringing in a structural engineer. Then, Lonn said it was a brick veneer. Since it is brick veneer, would it still be considered a possible structural issue, or just cosmetic? It seems that since the weep holes were filled, couldn't the cracks be from water getting behind the bricks and freezing?
Great question. You may want to reach out to Lon at www.nachi.org/certified-inspectors/lon-henderson-cmi-53115
Given the era of home and brick cladding, that looks to be EIFS siding and trim in various area given the uniform texture, not stucco. No?
Possibly, Limper. We have a field guide for identifying stucco and EIFS at inspectoroutlet.com/products/stucco-identification-card
On this house, it was hard coat stucco with plant-on trim pieces.
