I used two tablespoons of blue poppy seeds and a dried red pepper from last year instead. WOW! Totally yummy recipe. This would work for so many vegetables, carrots, peas, spinach, etc,...Thanks,..........I'll be using this one all the time.

i already know this subji made it many times the only difference is khas khas. without this it comes out very good but now i m going to try this with khas khas. harpal ji i only follow your recipes to see the different variations. even though i know the dish u show me some different way and that makes my day. thanks
