These boosters are both echoplex preamps. So even at Unity they are said to color the sound. Do they? I dunno. I have an ep booster that I run for the extra gain. But I think, my opinion, that even at Unity it does fatten up the bass in my single coils.

My Mosky BP Boost makes a constant high pitched noise. I used different power supplies. Guess some quality control issue…

i have the BP booster and even on the lowest setting it still boosts the signal
@@MGFaudio I have the ly rock clone and the dip switches are inverted, the 2nd switch boosts the signal, maybe the mosky works that way too.
