Authorities say nobody was killed, but the incident caused big-time traffic issues for several hours, and there is still an impact going into Wednesday morning.

Glad I live in St. Louis. Backed up 203 exit then went around to Alton. 90% of these idiot's wouldn't get off the highway at RT3. Why it was backed up for miles. Taken RT3 to downtown Lou or way I did. Truckers today have no brain's.
