You told that the aerobic respiration, in the presence of Oxygen, takes place in mitochondria but while the respiration in the lack of oxygen takes place in muscle cells. Can you please name the organelle in muscle cells where it takes place. Is it mitochondria or some other???

Ma'am why it is necessary to separate oxygenated and deoxygenated blood
If they both are not separated then they will get mixed.Once they get mixed we will not have efficient supply of energy that is required by our body.
( Blood caries oxygen from the lungs( oxygenated blood )which is used for respiration and from respiration we get energy.If the oxygenated blood and deoxygenated blood get mixed then it will take time for the oxygenated blood to get to the cells and we will not have efficient supply of energy)

Desert plants do not get adequate water in the hot conditions so if they will open their stomatal pores during the day to get carbon dioxide the water will evaporate through the opening due to the high temperature.So that's why pores are opened at night , because the temperature is low and water does not evaporate.
