The problem is not that they aren’t mixed well is that during shipping or anything it must have settled down also so known as sedimentation so I think it settled down (no hate girl I love u)

Makeup isnt necessary for a 12 year old but if you find it fun you can do some mascara, a tinted gloss and some blush!
Is the cold that does this, the supplier puts them in a cold warehouse. Put them only 2 min in hot water then shake them.
