Thanks! I used this because I found myself procrascinating copying a PDF workout plan into a workout plan using google sheets. Easy, simple, but I was distracted by my monkey brain and the youtube algorithm. Typing this in, getting to work, and seeing what I can do in 2 minute chunks helped me do pretty much the whole thing in 6 minutes versus the two hours pissed down the time toilet of doom.
