  • Welcome back to Episode 4 everyone! Good news: we got the job! Bad news: How am I going to do this.
    I have been playing around with the bike, getting used to running in the cold and fitting in swim times into my schedule. Slowly getting through the adjustment period, week 1 of Training Plan is just about to start!     For the butt pain, try getting out of the saddle every 10 mins. Helps with circulation of blood down there
