Well done, GPF! Very good strategies. Congratulations on the forensic laboratory. I hope the GPF uses it effectively in the resolution of complex crimes and ensure its sustainability.
In addition to the training to enhance police crime fighting capacity, it would be important to also train to change the attitude of personnel of the force to align with the new national dispensation. From those of the 2nd Republic to the current dispensation. To effect attitudinal change, such training should be an ongoing and long-term endeavor cutting across the GPF vertically and horizontically. Meanwhile, keep up the good work!
