I was so enraged by this news the moment I heard this. I had gotten very less marks in my 1st NEET attempt and my parents decided to not let me write NEET again and the only chance I got to study medicine was to go to philippines to study. And I'm in my final year now. And seeing this news gave me a huge shock. Bcz I hoped atleast corruption hasn't spread here. But it has now. Bcz how can so many students get 700+?? It's possible only if the paper was leaked and looking at how NMC denies to keep another exam nor persecute the people who cheated, the corruption seems to be from within NMC. I've lost all hope in our country as a young student. And I've also lost hope in our parents who wouldn't 'dare' to protest. 8 years ago when I was giving exams highest score would’ve been 660-680 . We would get government colleges up to 500-520 (ranks 6000-8000). Paper was very difficult at times . Coaching hadn’t cracked the code yet . Now at 660 you are not getting government colleges .

The main reason JEE and NEET is becoming a business rather than an educational milestone is the overhype created by the parents.
Also coaching Institutions such as Allen and Kota earns in billions every year from exploiting these students. They earn by hostels, coaching fees, extra tutions and what not. They take huge money to ensure a seat of a powerful candidate by selling exam copy and also scamming by vacant seats. People will still glorify it no matter what YOU say. Even these NEET graduates eventually joins private medicals and then exploits more students by taking a humongous tution fees and hostel charge. South Asian education always has been focusing on the money machine annually rather than education and releasing depressions. 🎉

I am a senior citizen, who enjoyed the power of students during my student days.... during my students days, I was a part and at times leader of many agitations against the wrong policies and at times the local issue. The system and the government was really scared of the students and youth power....an University president was as powerful as the local MLA...

The statements NTA gave is absolutely horrible and without any logic. Reasons -
1-No of students increased from 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 are almost same.
2- Students never got any grace marks in neet since 2016 ,so why did they get grace marks this year?
3- Grace marks in pen paper test is impossible as you can't calculate the accuracy.
4- People have been arrested in Bihar and other states on the matter of paper leak and they themselves said that they got paper 1 day before the exam.
The next day when they reached the centre they noticed that the paper the students got 1 day before the exam is same as the paper on the day of exam.
Please either republish the results without grace marks or reneet.
5- Every year Max 3 students were air 1 but this year suddenly 67students got air1.
6- If 1563 students got grace marks then how did rank inflation of 40-80k occured? Atleast 20-30k got grace. Republish the results after CBI investigation and forensic audit .
7- 8 students from a particular centre got 720/720 which has a probability of 0.000000001 as said by PW CEO Alakh Pandey.

Being a CA student, they kept our exam during elections and a lot of students couldn't vote. Students were completely distracted due to the election campaigning and no one from government cared about postponing the exams which happened in every election year. Really sad

i am also a ca student i have given my exams in may 24 attempt...before exam i was also expecting a postponement of exams...but all know what happened but now i realise that icai has taken crct decision to not to postpone exams because now onwards exams will be held 3 times in a year and for that purpose it was necessary to conduct exams on time...and we got 3 days leave in 2 papers becaise of election so candidate can vote ...and despite of elections in gujarat on 7th may ...on 5th may and on 9th may exam was held peacefully kudos to icai ...atleast icai s decision would not have impacted ca students future like neet i am not comparing but...

Last year, I had my jee and MET exams (MET is an entrance exam for MIT). My parents often got phone calls saying that they will hack computers in the centre and give exam on my behalf to increase my rank for a few lakhs. At that time, we thought it was fraud but a few of my batch mates paid them and are now in prestigious colleges. The worst part was that the centers were also involved in this scam.

When i gave my Jee Advance 2024 exam on 26 may , they started exam at 9:30 which was scheduled for 9:00 but they gave us full 3 hours.The exam centre staff was very unprofessional and inefficient. They kept talking and disturbing, our examhall was a box with 200 students with little to no windows (no airconditioner working by the way) and temperature reaching about 46° while we were giving one of the world's toughest exam.
Simply exam authorities don't care and they would charge Rs 3,200 for this five star service.

Similar trend is seen in JEE. This year cutoff was ridiculously high during JEE main and even higher in JEE Advanced. This year's Advanced paper wasn't easy per say, definitely harder than 2023, but rank vs marks says otherwise. I got 160 and my predicted rank (based on difficulty compared to previous years) was around 3000. It came out to be 6800. I don't know if anything will be changed about the exam, but it definitely changed my dream and life.

Sir I have also experienced this scenario in Telangana tspsc exams ..
I can very well understand the pain depression anxiety as I have been through this .. without experiencing i may not be sensitive to this neet issue ..
Preparing and focusing before exam is only like a war between choosing entertainment/desires and success..
It requires immense motivation and family support..
And when the paper leak and all we face ...we feel like we are the only unlucky one and our last hope is also shattered and start blaming the god and feel like a loser ...
That's why today brs government is not there in Telangana due to this TSPSC leak issue ..
And I stand with #neetscam ..
