I could also listen to him all day and many times I do! God keep you and bless you Fr. Blount because of you , mostly, I am returning slowly to the my Catholic Roots, by prayer specially being prompted by spirit to pray for the souls in purgatory! It is teaching me love for our fellow men. You must know, that I never believed in purgatory, not really...but I pray it whole heartly for those that might no have fully made it. I would love that everyone who is catholic pray at least one purgatory prayer for those souls. I pray St. Gertrude the Great prayers. Be Blessed Sweet kind and fervant father!

He is such a gift to our church! He came to our Young Adult group a few years back for two days and a person manifested to be possessed by an evil spirit on the first night and the next day another one did, then he listened to confessions until 3 am in the morning! God bless him!

I know Father Jim was being funny when he said how good looking Catholics are, but it really is true. I noticed this and it seriously helped in my reversion bank to the Faith... I noticed how all the Protestants looked a little off, a little dirty and dysgenic in comparison to most Catholics. It's really hard to unsee once you see it

God forgives everyone who accepts His Grace and repent and follow his commandments. God needs our cooperation.
Also, if he's not appointed by his bishop, he cannot call himself an exorcist. He does deliverance which is a lower level in the ministry. He can't perform high exorcisms.
