Warren, before I joined the Navy in 1969, I took a two-year course in Diesel Mechanics at Lane Community College in Eugene. They also had a Farm Equipment Mechanic course. A logging and construction equipment dealer and shop came to the school, looking for some student to work there part/time. I volunteered, and worked there as a helper until I went active duty in Navy and became an Engineman. I was wondering if you had ever thought of something like that. You need some help! Jones EN2.
Have a good Sunday when it comes Warren,👍 I was reflecting on what you've said on the last video about rather working by yourself and I'm the same, rather my coworker dog than anyone at least she likes me, thank for the video Warren, 👍
I learn something every time I watch you working. Helps me to do a better job on my own equipment (half-ton chevy, Riding lawn mower, chain saws, and the like).
Thanks for the video, when i saw all the dirt fall when you pulled that air filter cover, my thought was that filter will be dirty as hell. Hard to believe that no one checks that stuff, and that exhaust leak being like that for so long, crazy. I operated several different pieces of equipment at a very large cemetery i ran, and i made the guy's check the oil any time they used something, but i also did regular maintenance, because even though everything was junk, it was rough if something went down because it was corporate owned, and they would bring worse junk from another cemetery that didn't take care of stuff. G-d bless.
I know this RUclips hasn’t been contributing to the bills but WARREN YOU MAKE ME LAUGH. Can’t help but laugh at our own pain, another day another dollar, another penny, nickel, shekel lmfao. Hope all is well me and dad finished planting corn 140 acres 70 acres of beans and 30 of oats 30 of wheat. It’s just me and him, put over 120 hours on the tractor and disc this year 1980 8430 and a 1979 sunflower 18ft disc 2005 unverferth rolling harrow.
Warren your a hero the work you do and great knowledge, l enjoy watching you work. The counter weights are a job in themselves just taking them off. I am wondering if you can do a video on Ford 4110 two wheel drive faults, limitations and how to maintain them. Regards John Adelaide Australia.
I had to watch you back today Warren. RUclips asked he if this channel is a good recommendation for me. This channel and a few others are the only ones I watch to the finish.
Warren, you got me on shekel. I’m old but that’s the word I must know, and yes I did, thanks,to word for me. Gonna use it on my grandson!see if he’s curious as I was,and ask him to check it out.
We have a tg 230 that has been a nightmare. We run a 8300,8310 and 8400 Deere. The tg is newer and has had more issues both mechanical and electrical than our deeres. The biggest gripe I have is in my area the dealer support struggles on the blue ones compared to the Deere. We had a new holland 8870 that was also heads above our experience with the tg
Nice job.... You are right about people running shit until it fails, blew an engine on my shop van cos they couldn't be bothered to check the damn oil. 😒
Hi Warren 😃 thanks for another interesting video mate, as usual your fixing stuff that's suffering from over maintenance by the operators, ha, ha, good to see you and the dog in the sun, best wishe's to all, and the doggies. Stuart Uk.
Button for the parking brake should be on the shift lever, below the downshift button. If you move the tractor and go back to center position you're in neutral until you press park button (or at least that's how it works on my TG210)
It’s always amazing to see what guys can’t do on there own. To have you blowing up their tires and changing batteries is mind boggling to me, your rates must be amazing, or it’s too easy to make money baling hay out there. Everything comes to an end soooner Or later there ineptness is your gain. Keep at it love the work you do.
Hi is that engine have a breathe filter in the rocker box as I can’t remember if it does will need changing as if it blocks up she will burn oil like you would not believe all the best keep vid posted great job
Thanks for the tag along video sir, your customers have a lot of faith in you to just repair what’s needed to be so they can run when the time comes. Enjoyed the video.
👍👍 asking whoever , what do the case IH tractors share with the new Holland? Power train components?.. I have no clue.. thanks for another video...see ya next time 👊
TG275 is largely the same guts as a MX275, though engine position and front axles are a little different (red uses a drop box between engine and trans; NH engine goes straight into trans therefore shorter wheelbase). I think Case all had left hand reverser lever on column and NH use fore/aft shifter on the armrest.
I've been trying to find out how to contribute to your channel , that I watch all the time. that said , it's like following a cheap app road map to no where , witch you end up on a road that's a interstate around the city I want to go to thanks warren. like your channel even though my gas tank is on empty from that endless walk about . thanks. Gary P.S. no offense, the scenery is memorable.
That must be a big farm. Having all that iquipment. The first farm I worked at had 18 tractors and machinery to match. There was none of that Electronic shite on back then. Just plain old easy to repair stuff.
Thanks for another great video, Warren. It looks like they are not a Deere only farm. John Deere used to make some pretty good tractors, we have a 4020. It’s pretty hard to beat. I always wanted a 4240 or 4440, but my family quit farming. How many acres of hay do those operations have?
Love the content my friend watching your videos inspires me to push myself and they have certainly educated me you are massive asset to your customers I can’t help but feel your pain with parts supply and when things go wrong there is no one to turn to as I myself am self employed diesel mechanic in the uk Keep at em brother From a worn out wrench spinner from across the pond I salute you sir🫡💪🤙
Great video, those machine owners don't seem to look after their kit that well or carry out routine maintenance. Can't they see that will spend more money in the long turn ?
With the canada fires so early. What about the fire tractors your customer has. Has he hauled them to your shop to allow you to get them done faster. As its going to be every machine that runs this summer. Screw the emissions.
I bet Josie and the other pups are happy to go out with you each day and they are probably the best road companions too. they don't demand much ! I never had much experience with the New Holland tractors but people I know say they are good and I bet they are. Hope you have a nice Sunday with family. Have a great week.
Thanks for your time. And staying moving is the key to life. I do understand your view of having help. I always did it how the boss wanted it done. He's the guy that takes the heat for what goes wrong, so it's his way or the highway. Thanks again for your time.
Man that JD mowers are a piece of shit in my opinion. 🤮🤮 Here in Austria and Germany we tested these but they only drink a lot with these tiny cheap headers ....... Skiped to Krone Big M.... way better investment But great Video Warren ❤
That's how they do it we had a crew of Mexican and they just destroy equipment they can't see something breaking flat tires might be the only thing to stop em one guy plowing hyd hose broke spraying oil on the window he would wiped the window so he could see but only thing stopping him was oil got low couldn't raise the plow and he got stuck or he would of ran it clear out of oil and burned it up
This man puts food on the table, everyone's table. Keeping the farmers' equipment running feeds the nation.

Thank you much for the Video Warren 🚜👍👍
Thanks Warren for another great video 👍
cannot get better than a loving wife bringing food,
Great videos, keep them coming!
These owners are fortunate to have you working on their equipment.

I'm no mechanic, but I enjoy watching your content. And I have learned a little on the way. I enjoy that you're real.
We have a TS115A NH. Never had a major problem other than a linkage cable replaced but it starts right up and has never let us down
Warren getting them done

Another day another ruble - would be a great title for the next video Warren 😁. That would stir some people up.

what ever happened to dd15 in freight liner did you get it started
That must be a big farm. Having all that iquipment. The first farm I worked at had 18 tractors and machinery to match. There was none of that Electronic shite on back then. Just plain old easy to repair stuff.
It is very likely that NH specified that the exhaust manifold wss retorqued at the first service but being an arse to do, they didn't bother.
I think the best tractors NH and Case made were the last generation with the Cummins 8.3 and 9L and QSX15’s
nice vid thank you for knowledge and time.
Thanks for another great video, Warren. It looks like they are not a Deere only farm. John Deere used to make some pretty good tractors, we have a 4020. It’s pretty hard to beat. I always wanted a 4240 or 4440, but my family quit farming. How many acres of hay do those operations have?

Thanks for the videos warren, and yes you are correct to work alone, I did that for many years as a field diesel tech
good vid warren
WARREN!! There's to much stuff to get hurt on. Stay safe
Thanks Warren!!

Fixing American machinery one project at a time! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Great video Warren really enjoy watching you work on this tractor and bailer. Thanks for sharing stay safe Warren.
You get very many of them warping on you or do they stay pretty straight those manifolds?
All the best from Surrey BC Canada
Thanks for the video
Warren, anything new soon, miss your videos.
Thanks for your time. And staying moving is the key to life. I do understand your view of having help. I always did it how the boss wanted it done. He's the guy that takes the heat for what goes wrong, so it's his way or the highway. Thanks again for your time.
Good work
What is it about the John Deere sheet metal? I can’t tell you how many John Deere mower decks that were cracked I’ve welded up.
Man that JD mowers are a piece of shit in my opinion. 🤮🤮
Here in Austria and Germany we tested these but they only drink a lot with these tiny cheap headers .......
Skiped to Krone Big M.... way better investment
But great Video Warren ❤
Those TG are old now aren't they? Did they come out of the Ford Genesis range? There is no case equivalent for those is there?
Thank you Warren with another great video. Hope you have a good week and a safe one.
One more time!
You worth every shekel
Its a wonder they manifold or the head wasn't grooved.
👍
Operator has the radio turned up to loud to hear the engine
Shekel: haven't heard that in a long time lol. $200,000.00 equipment is a deal nowadays. That's crazy btw.
You're lucky that manifold wasn't on a JD. You would have had to take the rear transmission out to get to it.
Got a battery or air powered ratchet wrench?
That's how they do it we had a crew of Mexican and they just destroy equipment they can't see something breaking flat tires might be the only thing to stop em one guy plowing hyd hose broke spraying oil on the window he would wiped the window so he could see but only thing stopping him was oil got low couldn't raise the plow and he got stuck or he would of ran it clear out of oil and burned it up
No, another day, another buck, 298.
!
