Just put a possessive adjective (my, your, our, their,his) in front of that word, if sounds normal that means it's a noun or if it's not that means it's an adjective. example-
His death = sounds normal means noun
His poweless = sounds weired means adjective
His Education = sounds normal means noun
His frugality = sounds normal means noun
His frugal = sounds weired means adjective
His importance = sounds normal means noun
His important = sounds weired means adjective.
